Give it a chance! My order was perfect

I recently placed an order with Blue and Cream. I was skeptical at first after reading others reviews. But I must say I am impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered a pair of Re/Done Jeans with the Black Friday discount and an Aviator Nation set. Everything came in perfect condition and fit like a glove. Will definitely be ordering from Blue and Cream to do some holiday gifting. Will be recommending to friends and family as well!

Found this amazing Stone Island jacket…

Found this amazing Stone Island jacket (ON SALE! when does that ever happen?) and pulled trigger immediately, very glad I did. Order arrived promptly and it looked even better in person.
Overall I was very impressed by their selection, discounts, and service... I was a little unsure because of some older negative reviews, but my experience was 100% positive. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I…

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sent me the wrong size. I ordered a size US 1 and received a size US 6. After getting my bank involved they only offered store credit for their mistake. It makes no sense!!! Don’t buy from here!!!!!!!

I am so incredibly upset …

I am so incredibly upset with this company. I spent $350 on a pair of moussy brand jeans . My daughter had COVID and I was literally quarantined. I Offered to send proof of her diagnosis and why I could not return on time and I got NO RESPONSE. I emailed and called again asking if I could please exchange for a different size and still got no response. They would not allow a return or exchange. They did not care that I needed to return 2 weeks late and did not offer an exchange policy for same jean in different size. I now own a $350 jean that does not fit me. I have NEVER EVER had this bad of experience. I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. I’m so disappointed. Sad h as me on you Blur & Cream.

Take back of a sale...

THis is by far one of the most deceitful and unprofessional stores Myself and clients have ever dealt with. They sold sneakers to us, and then 2 days later decided they were under priced by $135 dollars. When the weren't actually under priced, the market calls for them to be $160 or $170 exactly what I paid, instead of the $295 they raised them to 2 days after the site allowed me to purchase for $160. Who would ever do business with owners and managers that have that mentality. This explains the 4 times wholesale mark-ups on the clothing they have in there 3 locations. Which are all High rent districts. So $135 dollars means that much ? Pathetic and embarrassing establishment Blue and Cream is. Trust me as this is my Industry. I GIVE IT A ZERO. Customer Service was awful also, as no one would take my call.

I ordered a pair of pants online.

Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I followed-up.

They wrote back, "oh, sorry, we don't actually have those."

Not sure if they'll refund my money, but maybe don't sell things you don't have!

Didn’t have the listed size that I bought in stock and still haven’t gotten back to me about a partial refund. Maybe will take this review down if they follow through with any sort of decent customer service.
