Singapore and Langkawi
We booked to go to Singapore and langkawi, Malaysia through Blue Bay Travel with Carly Cockburn. She was excellent throughout despite our constant barrage of questions and requests. The hotels she suggested, Citadines Connect City Centre in Singapore and Holiday villas and beach resort in langkawi were both excellent, although we did upgrade,at an agreed cost,to a suite, which was beautiful with wonderful sea views. Flights with Singapore airlines on their Airbus A380 were exemplary. The only slight hiccup was the transfer from Changi airport to the hotel was not at the agreed meeting point but a quick WhatsApp to the supplied number soon had us on our way.

Excellent, friendly Service
Abi Garland and Tom Whitehead were excellent. Listened to our needs and got quotes for a few holiday options. We settled on one for Antigua that Abi arranged after contacting Sandals and receiving information on a couple of areas of concern.

Georgia was extremely helpful. She had great knowledge of the places/hotels that we wanted to visit and willingly shared this. She showed patience and determination to find us a deal that suited our expectations and budget. She kept in touch with me regularly to ensure I didn’t miss great deals. The booking process was straightforward and communication was prompt and clear.
