We went to South palm beach resort last year in the Maldives.
The island was an absolute mess, falling apart , no staff , no amenities, terrible food.
We found out from the staff that the island was being run into the ground for a cheap resale to a Russian consortium.
We should have never been allowed to go. If was filthy and unsafe.
We were eventually moved to a different island , but the holiday was ruined by then. Terrible terrible experience- shame on you blue bay for thinking you could get away with it !!!!!

Adviser helped find the best flights and times around our referred dates. Went above and beyond.

We found Blue Bay Travel website really easy to use to find our holiday in Maldives and loved how it included everything in the price, such as transfers.

We decided to book through their customer service team so we could claim our blue light discount.

We knew exactly where and when we wanted to go the hotel we wanted so Thomas just made sure it was all available and put everything in place in a very short time after checking whether there were any reductions he could make.
Blue Bay is a company I have used for many years and trust implicitly. If I have had any problems in the past they have always been quick to help sort them.

First time I have used Blue Bay and have to say what amazing service and the price was unbelievable so highly recommend and my go to for future bookings. David was excellent and even on a bank holiday weekend he really went above and beyond as the hotel was only offering 2 rooms where I needed 3 so David used his experience and relationship with the hotel to sway getting the third room booked with the same rate and upgrade as the other 2 so I am very grateful for his help with this as I would have needed to start all over again. Also I must say that the price was fantastic and I work for a major airline and had previously priced up with them offering a staff discount but they didn't come anywhere near Blue Bay so thanks for great service and a great price.

I asked for a number of quotes to the same venue, but travelling different dates.
This was no trouble to ‘Kelsey’ who just seemed to want to gain the best deal that suited.

We have just booked another holiday with Tamzen - Blue Bay Travel, another great and easy experience from start to finish . We are travelling with friends from different airports on the same day. Tamzen was brilliant sorting out both Holidays all my questions got answered quickly, also checked on the availability of extra legroom on the flights before we booked. I was recommended to this company by a friend. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I wanted a special destination to celebrate a 50th anniversary. They offered three choices of places to stay in two destinations. I liked the look of one in the Caribbean. After more research using AI, I decided to upgrade our budget and booked a 14-night stay at a really good price. I could not beat the price anywhere else. Their rep was most helpful.

Tom advised us about the desired holiday with total professionalism, care and humour. Because of this, we confirmed the booking a day or so later.
