My visit to the restaurant was very pleasant.The service was good and the young ladies helpful. I decided to have a coronation chicken sandwich in brown bread,which came with a small salad and a few crisps, everything was fresh, very enjoyable. The coffee was perfect, so yes I will go again and try other things on the menu

Always have a good experience at Blue Diamond. Lots of lovely plants, good choice & reasonable prices. The shop is excellent, wide different items to buy. The restaurant is also very good, wide range of choice of food. Staff very friendly, polite & helpful.

No fruit or veg section...
Visited Huntingdon Blue Diamond Garden Centre yesterday to look at outdoor pots and while there decided to get some fresh fruit from the section next to the butchers. We were disappointed to see the whole section had been cleared and replaced with what appeared to be Xmas items. A passing member of staff obviously detected our surprise and said the supplier had pulled out without any notice.
This is a shame as there was always a good range of fruit (Dragon Fruit was my 'vice'!) and veg and the quality was always high.
Hopefully BDGC can find another supplier with as wide a range of fruit to replace the previous one?...

My mum and I went to the terrace cafe…
My mum and I went to the terrace cafe at Holt Garden Centre today. A young lady called Millie went above and beyond caring for my mother who isn’t very mobile. She sat us at a table with her walker next to her and offered to find a cushion to make her more comfortable. I then observed her helping another elderly gentleman into his wheelchair. She spent time talking and helping him. You are very lucky to have such a caring and helpful member of staff who definitely puts the care of the customers first. We often go there for a look around and a visit to the cafe. Also a big shout out for Matt the manager. Such a friendly and happy person.

Our local Roade and Quinton Old Folks Group came to Bicester Garden Village for a Cream Tea on Thursday in the Theatre Cafe, the staff were amazing and the young First Aid lad was quick to attend to an older man who had cut his arm, all in all a superb experience, your staff are a credit to your company 👍🏻😁

I love shopping at Blue Diamond, Cardiff. The plants are healthy, there's a huge variety and the prices are competitive. The indoor plant section is amazing. Manager Louise helped me above and beyond recently when I needed help with a large snake plant.I've shopped in every department already and keep finding reasons to go back! Love it. Thank you.

Exceptional afternoon tea …
We went to Coton Blue Diamond again for afternoon tea . It was the best we ve ever had anywhere . The bread was so soft the patisserie was divine and the scones were so soft they melted in your mouth . For £19.99 it was extremely good value and a very special treat . You need to book on line but the table is reserved and set before you arrive . Unlimited tea too a perfect treat for our 40th Wedding Anniversary thank you xxxxx

Online order, in store refunds
After succesfully ordering and building our new outdoor garden sofa/table set we then ordered the matching large metal outdoor cushion storage unit online. After a few hours of putting it together, it was clear there was a problem with one of the screw holes. We dismantled it, re packaged it and emailed for a return/refund. It took over a week to get a reply from Blue Diamond. We have been told that even though it was an online order, we have to drive the hour long round trip to the store for the refund. Only once this is done will a return begin. We feel this policy is in place to deter customers returning to get the refund on faulty goods. Why can't the refund be done over the phone like any distance selling.

I love going to Blue diamond garden centre Cardiff the staff are always cheerful and polite and willing to help,it is always full of beautiful unusual things ideal for people who have everything I can always find something for a birthday or Christmas present. The plants are always in tiptop condition and I struggle to come away without buying something new for the garden.
The restaurant has plenty to choose from and I’ve always managed to get a table even at their busiest time.

Great advise
Visited the Derby garden centre at Little Eaton. After visiting several other garden centres looking for an olive tree. We spoke to Pascal, his advice and guidance was great. We purchased an olive tree and a climbing plant that he recommended for the location we described.
