Terrible experience. Moved from Kent to Newcastle. My property wasn’t ready so they left my furniture in a storage unit. When I went to the unit I was appalled by the amount of damage they had caused. A sofa was ripped. Dining table, chairs & a mattress looked like they had been dragged across the ground. They initially agreed to repair/replace the damaged items but then stopped responding to emails. Would not recommend
