On time, professional, careful packing, competitive price
Steve and his partner, arrived on time, carefully carried the boxes, bags and furniture very carefully and speedily to the van.
As our furniture is going into storage, all the tens wil be itemised, and when we are ready to move into our next property all we have to do is advise of the date.
Bradbeers were not the cheapest, others were around £300 cheaper however, their storage per week is very competitive and as they are a ‘local company’ we were and still are confident that our furniture will be looked after, Thankyou to all.

we moved from UK to Italy and decided to accept the quote provided by this company that seemed to be reliable from some reviews seen around.
Unfortunately right after the goods collection, we've realized that we were not in the hand of a professional, as the delivery date (agreed at the quote request) magically became not an option, and that we should have waited much longer only because we didn't ask for their service of packing the goods (this was clearly not mentioned before).
We had to chase them continuously to get an update as they never came back with any news despite what they wrote in their email.
The day before the delayed delivery, after chasing for a confirmation, we were told that they made a mistake and our goods haven't been picked up, creating a further delay.
I wouldn't be bothered by the situation if only my goods were treated well....
At their arrival I was forced to pay the full amount before even being able to see my boxes, and once I paid they opened the van and immediately saw the boxes have been sitting in water and they were damaged if not destroyed.
I took pictures and showed immediately to Chloe and whoever could read that inbox, and despite they said "This will be discussed with my director as urgency and I shall come back to you" of course they didn't.
It goes without saying that I warmly suggest to stay away from this company

From Chloe (& Julie) who answered my millions of questions (by email and by phone) always with a smile to Alex who collected my belongings again with a smile and taking good care of them in London to finally John/Ionut who did the same when delivering them to me in France: I'm more than just satisfied. A note to Ciprian who was easily reachable and who informed me on where was the driver etc. Very good deal and amazing employees.
