A great company to deal with. All questions were promptly dealt with.
Definitely use this company again.
Easy to contact on the phone.
Cannot fault them and would thoroughly recommend them.

Refusal to refund damage waiver…

Refusal to refund damage waiver as apparently non refundable, doesn’t state that anywhere on our agreement.

Hi Jamie, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy about the non-refundable damage waiver. This is the standard policy of all boat hire companies, for which we act as agent, so unfortunately it is not our decision. It does state quite clearly all the way through the booking process that the damage waiver is non-refundable. I hope however that you enjoyed your boating holiday.

Extremely rude and condescending staff.

Extremely rude and condescending staff.
We rang through to book a holiday and the member of staff was extremely rude and condescending. The rude sales women started to argue with us over the phone. Luckily, all the voice calls are recorded. When we asked to speak to her manager, she told us that she would be very glad to hear our complaint. Awful people would never book with them again. Very bad attitude to customers, Avoid at all costs

Disappointed Already……

So far this isn’t going well…. We’ve booked a boat for Bank Holiday weekend Sat-Tues, 3 nights, 4 days, or so you think! They take the £935 then after booking has been processed you find out the you can’t get the boat until 14:00 on the Saturday your 1st day and it actually needs to be returned by 09:00 on the Tuesday…… so you actually only get 2 Full Days and Not even Half of the 1st day boating!??? You’ll find it impossible to cancel once booked! I’d suggest another company and we haven’t even had the trip yet!!!!

Curt and rude

Willing to spend a lot of money with this company but their customer service was appalling. Spoke with who I believe to be the manager but they were very curt and rude on the phone. In this climate their are plenty of others happy to take my money.

First class professional service

Blue Water Holidays are based in Skipton and offer a personal service other travel agents/advisors can only strive to achieve. For two consecutive years I have used Blue Water Holidays to research and book my river cruises and each time it proved to be an absolutely painless process.

They offered clear, unbiased and professional advice and throughout the decision, booking and payment processes they kept me fully updated with regular phone calls and emails. You are assigned to one advisor (a special mention for Emmy) who takes care to ensure that everything is in place and every small detail has been considered prior to the upcoming trip.

I have no issues at all in recommending Blue Water Holidays to family and friends.
