What a joke this company is.. I believe a lot of the 5 star reviews are a scam, and is written by workers at the blume2000 customer service department. They take my money, and just leave the flowers in a warehouse for multiple days. I even paid express shipping to get there in time, but now they're saying its going to be a WEEK late. What an absolute joke. No mention of this when you buy or order express shipping, they just gladly take your money. Customer service takes forever and is reluctant to give refunds. Most unprofessional and disgusting company I have ever dealt with.

Why I got this review in Basic -German ??

I have ordered some flowers for my parents anniversary 14 days before the event and specified the delivery date. The flowers didn’t arrive and I haven’t even been informed about the delay.
After I have contacted them they said the flowers delivery will be delayed day and the delivery day on their website is approximate
My parents are leaving on holiday meaning they won’t get the flowers at all

It is an extremely reliable flower service that offers high-quality products all year round. I simply love them, and you can feel they care a lot for both flowers and people.
The delivery speed and quality have also always been flawless. I sometimes order from abroad to surprise my family with flowers even if I can't be there myself for many years and have never had any issues. It is the best Flower service you could wish for!

In a first attempt, unfortunately, the carrier was far too late. However, the Blume2000 team responded immediately and in a very competent way to my complaints and sent a beautiful replacement bouquet to the jubilee who was very pleased with it.
