Thank you Linda for prompt and helpful service on 7 March. You dealt with my BMWin the quickest possible time and I was pleased to get it back looking spick and span.

I had my bike serviced and the process was very straightforward. Friendly helpful team. My service was handled by Robbie who kept me well informed, and explained the costs clearly.

Would have been even better if they still provided a courtesy scooter, but the level of service was otherwise very good.

Linda Hegarty was an absolute super star accepting my car in for a warranty repair after an admin error by BMW recovery. Not her problem to solve, but she did and managed to get my car fixed and turned around to meet a deadline I had for a journey. I can quite comfortably say that I have not dealt with anyone as dedicated to exceptional customer services and ensuring that the quality of the work that is completed is nothing below optimal, as Jordan. Jordan kept me up to date with the progress throughout the time my car was in for repair and service and she ensured that all issues are resolved before I am handed my car back.

Often main dealers can be nonchalant and you can often find yourself to be dealing with people who don’t know or care anything about cars and consequently you leave feeling a lot more discombobulated then when you arrived, mainly if you only went in for some advice but HELP is at hand and only so if you do you manage to talk to one Oskar Eiduks (although he does surround himself with very helpful people ) he’ll will make sure that confusion doesn’t happen at Bmw Park Lane. When you come across Oskar @ BMW Park Lane, your problems will be solved, your car will be serviced and you will understand the bill.

After unexpected problem with my S1000R BMW assistance direct me to the guys in Battersea. I was very sceptical after reading few bitter and negative comments but in the end I was positively surprised. In my bad luck everything happens through Christmas period but Robbie from service department who look after me when I arrive was very helpful and empathetic and after few more days ( Yeap Christmas again don’t help ) I was contacted by master technician Tony who was looking after my bike and quickly found main reason for all my problems ( Battery 🪫) and extremely quickly resolved everything under warranty. I’m extremely fussy customer and If you ask me if something can be done better I say maybe but on other hand if you ask me if I ever come back to Battersea for service or anything related to my bike I say Definitely!

Your staff made all the difference.
I ride an F900XR and used tour facilities twice. 1st for the yearly service, the 2nd time for a warranty recall. On both occasions, your staff was fantastic to work with.

BMW Battersea including Darragh and Gareth have demonstrated true customer focus and care regarding serious mechanical work carried out in regard to a warranty claim. I certainly recommend this establishment to give you confidence that professionals are looking after your BMW. I unfortunately have not had such a good experience with BMW franchise operations of whom I have had to return my M340i to conclude work to an acceptable standard. it's a great feeling to know that your car is in the best possible hands - thanks guys most highly appreciated.

It was really important for me to write a review of my recent experience at BMW Park Lane this week!

After a very bad experience with my local BMW dealership based in Essex, I found it very difficult to trust any main dealer going forward, especially a franchised one, since I never felt like I was dealing with the BMW brand directly.

The vehicle has spent most of its life in my garage and only used on the odd weekend getaway or trip into Europe and still in factory condition.

My service, MOT, and EGR recall was due on my 2018 BMW 6 Series. After reading so many horror stories online of the EGR recalls going wrong, I decided for a couple of weeks to research various forums, social media pages, etc to find a trustworthy main dealer who I can trust to carry out the EGR recall. I decided to travel over two hours away to give BMW Park Lane a chance as they are the only fully independent BMW dealership in the UK that is owned and regulated by BMW AG.

Despite my nervousness upon arrival, Chris Mallouppas was very friendly and very understanding of my concerns, making me feel like I was important and heard.

During the handover process, he accompanied me outside to complete the process and instructed the team not to move the vehicle without his permission, and for it to be kept in sight of him at all times.

Throughout the process, he reassured me that my vehicle is in good hands and he went above and beyond to ensure that it is handled by the most experienced technicians on the team. He would call me throughout the day to provide me with updates on the progress of my vehicle.

Chris represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, and responses to queries were turned around very fast. He was also extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and clear!

It’s not often that I can go to a dealership and feel right at home, but Chris has always made me feel welcome when arriving at the dealership. I have loved Chris’s customer-friendly attitude towards everyone (not only myself) when visiting the dealership. Chris was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and his caring approach. Please accept my gratitude towards him and everyone on your service team.

In the beginning, I had lost faith in the brand, but Chris helped me appreciate it once more, revealing that BMW dealership staff are decent and trustworthy. He completely had my interest at heart.

Owning this car is a huge source of joy for me, so it is essential for me that I know it is kept in the right hands of people who are knowledgeable and understand customers like us who love their cars!

Chris has shown great commitment to customer service and this is to be commended. You can be sure that after my experience over the past couple of days, I am proud to make BMW Park Lane my main dealership from now on and I hope to service my current vehicle and purchase new vehicles from you in the future.
