Excellent Customer Service

BNESIM never failed my expectations, always delivers an excellent hassle free customer service, I have been using them for the last two years, I never look anywhere else, the coverage is excellent, easy to install, I like the non expiry esim for my data, it is very useful, and the price is competitive.

user id and password given not working

user id and password given not working, reported the issue to their service desk support and did not resolve the issue or refund the payment. just beware of this lousy service.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING company

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING company. Admitted they hadn’t set up my data. 24/7 live chat is a BOT and doesn’t help. Been waiting hours to speak to a human with NO REPLY.
Left without internet, access to money, etc in a foreign country.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING!!!!

We are extremely sorry that the human intervention was not as prompt as it should have been. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

We have tried reaching out to you to assist in getting your eSIM working, as based on the screenshots you shared with our support team, we identified a few settings that may have affected the connectivity:
• The signal in your area appeared to be low, which is unfortunately beyond our control
• The APN name was also entered in the Username field, which should be left blank
• You were advised to switch network mode, as Macedonia supports 3G speeds on the ONEVIP network, but it seems this step may not have been completed

We would also like to clarify that mobile data setup does not happen on our side, but it needs to be configured directly on the device.

We truly understand how frustrating it must be to experience connectivity issues while abroad, and we would still be more than happy to assist you in resolving this.

That said, we can see that the eSIM is correctly available in your account, and the email containing the QR code was successfully delivered and opened, meaning the installation could have been completed from there.

We can also confirm that our support team replied promptly to your request, asking for additional information to assist you further, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

Installation seems to be not very automatic.

Installation seems to be not very clear. I thought it could be all automated and installed. I was looking for the set up and could not find anything help on line. Finally, I just tried by keying in the ICCID code and it works.
Used up quite some time to chat with the help agent to resolve the speed problem and APN correctness. I am considered as an old man going to be 78 and not so computer savvy. I think the agent tend to assume that I know some of the technical terms and set up in the mobile.

Unsure if they even have human support

Already waiting for the support to handle my case for over a week. I was told by the bot that a human will handle it. No updates and I can't use my sim.

Very poor support

I had an e-SIM (no expiry) that I was unable to connect to after not using it for the last 4 or 5 months. After following all the troubleshooting and advice from their website and bots, I still have no service and the 24/7 Live Chat support is not responsive after 48 hours. I'm still waiting for support and no mobile data for more than 2 days now. Their service is going downhill.
In the summer/fall of 2025, I was able to connect with a real person on Live Chat to resolve an installation issue even thought it took several hours and 3 different people to fully resolve. Not the case anymore, now they only have bots on their so called Live Chat and What's App as well.

QR error only AI agent costumer service for 4 days

Paid for the esim! Got a QR code with an error and have been 4 days talking to and AI agent that keeps saying the same thing over an over again and nothing gets resolved. So if you need a esim and pay for one for 1 month expect that you won’t be able to use it if an error occurs.

What an unprofessional company!!

They mixed up the order and shipped to the wrong address so I never received it. I received 6 emails from 3 assistants that I need to return the order first before they can help me. After writing a review this finally got fixed, too late for my trip, but satisfactory. While it got fixed, it's still a sad story that their customer service couldn't help, so they need to fix their support system!
