I was brought up on card games and monopoly and now I have a family I wanted to play games too and wondered what was out there. Zatu makes exploring and researching easy. Zatu clearly marks games that have won awards and give trust worthy recommendations. With Zatu's help I began a tradition where on family birthdays they'll always be a game to open. We play with them all every week. Delivery service, price and ordering is also very easy. I recommend Zatu to those who want to build a culture of family game playing.

Found board games that had limited availabilty at a great price compared to US Ebay sellers at triple price. Order was slow, contacted customer service and received confirmation it was picked and shipped, received it within a week from that communication, as advertised. Due to how hard it was to find board game, A-OK with length of order time, happy received the product. Will use in future for options.

I like how my game was packed and secured and I liked the communication on when it would arrive it was priced good and I like using Zatu for buying my boardgames.

I placed an order with Zatu Games on 2 August for a binder and an item from the new Riftbound release. Both were showing as in stock when I ordered, but it is now 5 August and my order still has not been dispatched. The Riftbound item is also now showing as out of stock, which makes the lack of progress even more concerning.

I contacted customer service yesterday and was told, “It’s ready to be shipped and should be posted within 12 to 24 hours.” After that timeframe had passed, I contacted them again today and was told that my order was “being packed as we speak” and would be posted today. That was several hours ago, and I have still received no dispatch confirmation, tracking information or meaningful update.

I’m leaving a one-star review for now because an order that was supposedly in stock should have been dispatched by this point, particularly after I was given two separate assurances. I will update this review if and when my items arrive, depending on how the rest of the order is handled.

Ordered this for a birthday present, it came in good time, well wrapped and I perfect condition. Fabulous gift.

I ordered a mystery box from Zatu and was really pleased with the value and variety inside. The selection felt thoughtful rather than random, and everything arrived in great condition. I haven’t tried all the games yet (Bamboo and Garden Nation are still on my list), but they look lovely and I’m happy with the overall quality.A fun purchase if you enjoy surprises.

Completely messed up my preorder, I had to contact them when I hadn't even received shipping information by release day, they then spent over a week claiming they had sent it despite the tracking information they provided showing that neither FedEx nor Royal Mail had received the parcel from them. Eventually got a refund but by that point nearly everyone was out of stock and I had to pay extra to get a copy well over a week after it was expected. I will never preorder from Zatu again.

Yet to receive my products that were in stock when I purchased them over two weeks ago and was assured they were ready to be sent a week ago when I followed up, but to this day have not dispatched my order yet. Luckily it’s fairly small, maybe i’m just unlucky so far.

Great experience from Zatu. Really like being able to order from a company based in the UK that pays its tax unlike some major companies named after South American rivers. It was also cheaper than that company for one of the games I ordered. My delivery was delayed a bit (Evri's fault, not Zatu's) and the Zatu Customer Service Team was really helpful and the parcel was with me the following day.

Evri lost the parcel so it didn’t arrive. After chasing evri for three days they eventually told me it was probably lost and wouldn’t arrive. I contacted Zatu who informed me they needed to wait a further 7 days (5 working days + the weekend) before they could send a replacement or refund. Realistically this means I might get a refund 2 weeks after it was due to be delivered. I do not recommend this company.
