The boardman company were so helpful .Had to wait for stock to come back in. Well worth the wait . I can let ironing pile high as takes half the time to do it .Looks like I have daughters birthday presents solved this year.

I bought this to use in my sewing room and for sewing classes as it offers a very large area for pressing. I bought the one without the iron stand as I wanted to use my pressure steam iron next to it. This board offers a large area, making it easy to work on a quilt or dressmaking.
There was an issue with delivery but it was quickly resolved. The issue was with the courier not Boardmann.
I will be ordering another one in the near future and highly recommend the board.

Not as good as other reviews suggest. It is somewhat light and flimsy compared with my 17 year old Brabantia model. The size is however excellent. The cover and foam are not very good and loose.I have kept my previous ironing board as an insurance backup. My wife won’t use the Boardmann as she does not find it stable.

Absolutely love this ironing board! Where as before ironing was just an extra job I struggled with (ie burning my carpet) it’s now a joy! Easy to use, more space than your average ironing board and actually take pride and enjoyment in ironing my shirts for special occasions or even just the regular meal out with family! Love the style and design!

Great design, really saves time on constantly adjusting clothing. Light and easy to move but robust and stable. I thought I would have a look round and see if anyone had put a bit of thought into what we want from an ironing board - and they had!

I treated myself to a new ironing board….I was really pleased with how light this large ironing board was. However, I find it slides around the floor when using it, little annoying, maybe an idea to introduce rubber stoppers on the feet. Another thing is the cover isn’t tight enough and moves, bought some clips from Lakeland but considering the price I shouldn’t have to buy additional parts for this ironing board.
Overall pleased with purchase, small tweaks could make it excellent

Why did this brilliantly simple design breakthrough take so long? Why didn't I think of it? Two questions I constantly asked myself as I effortlessly steamed through the school uniforms on Sunday night. Pleated skirts held in place by all that space and my work shirts, each side pressed flat in just one hit. No endless fiddling around and dropping garments off the end. This quality board is a keeper. I just wish I had thought of it first

Please don't laugh but I had this ironing board as a birthday present from my husband. I love ironing and really wanted a bigger board. The board is a great size but I wish it was a few inches taller. Great price and service, came before delivery date and very well packeged.

Fantastic company and great customer service. Had a few issues with delivery, which was fault of couriers tracking system going down so nothing to do with boardmann. After a while they sent me out another board with a different courier. That has arrived and it is a great ironing board, makes it so much easier and faster. Would thoroughly recommend.

No problem with the service it was all fine.
Only point I would make is that the product has been "value engineered" since the previous one I purchased.
The metal is now thinner and therefore it tends to bend if I stand a heavy steam iron on the board. The manufacturers do this all the time and ruin good products to chase more profit.

Very quick delivery. I have a holiday cottage and iron a lot of sheets and duvet covers. The large board makes the job so much easier.

Cracking ironing board.

Arrived well packaged. Construction seems sturdy. Easy to adjust height. Find the design makes ironing shirts in particular easier and the extra width is good. I read that someone who was left handed had to return the board but being left handed myself I don’t know why. Obviously the writing on the cover is the wrong way round for a left handed but that makes no difference to using the ironing board.

I had to wait a few months for delivery but it was well worth the wait. The ironing board is sturdy but lightweight, so easy to collapse and store upright. As a left hander and with limited space I was a little concerned but it’s absolutely perfect.
Not only great for shirts but duvet covers and sheets too. I no longer spend hours at the ironing board. Would highly recommend.
