Unfortunately I didn't initially have the best experience when I ordered my ironing board as the first one - and then its replacement were both damaged (not the fault of the company).
Thankfully the third board was perfect.
Then, I had an issue waiting for both faulty boards to be uplifted (again, not the fault of the company).
After a few emails back and forth to the company the director himself (Simon) got involved, and promised to resolve the issue with the courier which indeed he did.
This company goes above and beyond for their customer and Simon is not afraid to 'get on the case' if there is a persistent issue needing resolved.
Without going into more detail Simon went over and above and I was delighted with the excellent customer service.
The ironing board is a delight to use and so spacious. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Boardmann.
Their product and especially their customer service is second to none. Thank you to Simon for an excellent product and service.

This is a real upgrade to any ironing board I've used in the past. Really sturdy and well put together. Design is top notch, which makes ironing faster and easier. Would deffo recommend.

My husband does all ironing and he is left handed. So the ironing board was unsuitable for him. I returned the ironing board for a refund.
Customer service were prompt on replying to my queries and refunding the money without any fuss.
Excellent customer service gets all the stars.

What a fantastic concept. Very impressed with the quality and style of this ironing board but more importantly, how easier it made the job. Ironing might not be the most enjoyable job but this board makes it so much better. A must have for the household.

There was a delay in delivery due to Covid -19 delays but I was kept in the loop regarding the expected delivery date. The ironing board is nice and sturdy and extra wide which is great for ironing bedding and towels and larger items. Its a good shape for ironing the front of shirts and it works well with my steam generator iron. It doesn't wobble and the fold flat mechanism keeps it tidy when stored.

Never had such a sturdy ironing board. It’s great. The legs also lock in place when folded for storage which saves bashing all the furniture when putting it away. Fantastic not only for shirts but all clothing items. Plenty of space as well.

The best ironing board I have ever used..No REALLY!
I iron a lot of school shirts and t-shirts, I can iron a complete shirt without having to put the iron down and move the garment 2 or 3 times...Great idea! Really does let you iron through that pile of clothes faster.
Feels like a really strong ironing board and very well constructed.
The hanger is a great addition too.
All in all excellent hence the 5 stars ***** :)

Sturdy , lightweight, easy to store ironing board. Cuts down my ironing time with special shirt shape feature and the width allows for easy ironing of larger items such as sheets and table cloths. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this easy to use, time saving iron ironing board

I ordered a Boardmann to try and make ironing shirts easier. I hate doing it so anything to help! It makes it so much easier I can’t believe it. I can’t believe someone hasn’t thought of this sooner and I’m so glad I ordered one!

Nobody enjoys ironing. But I hate it a whole lot less since I started using my Boardmann. Especially shirts, which are done in half the time compared to a 'normal' ironing board. And the board is clearly built of a very high quality, so I expect it to last for many years to come.

Some of the greatest inventions are blindingly obvious ones. The ones you see and say “well, I could have done that!” and yet, the humble ironing board has stayed the same for ages.
Everything about the boardmann is just right; wider means is easier and quicker to iron stuff, the head of the board making it easier to locate items in place and a handy rack to hang things from once done.
Short of doing the ironing on it’s own (we can all dream) it’s everything you could ask for.
