Absolutely Brilliant Bobblehead - totally recommend getting one made
I wanted to leave a positive review so others who are considering using this company know that I have had a superb first time experience
A friend recommended them when I wanted to get a Bobblehead gift for my brother who had turned 60 years young on a golfing holiday in Thailand. I got his wife to take photos of him tee-ing off so was able to provide front and side profiles with the clothes he was wearing on his big day - the shirt was blue with lots of colours on abd I had wishes he had worn a more plain one but did not let on to his wife why I needed them and if he was to ask her to tell him nothing. He never asked and I had 6 images I sent with my order.
The process was really straight forward and each step I was sent photos by Jessica who was making it to see if any changes were required. I liked that she was checking and the few changes I asked to be done were and new images sent. Once I agreed I was happy she went onto the next stage - it started with the head, glasses then added, then hair and the body of which the shirt was exactly the same which I was thrilled about.
Jessica kept in regular contact abd when posted provided me with the tracking code and it arrived very quickly in a smart box abd well bubble wrapped. It looked brilliant and so like him. He does not get back home until mid April so will give it to him then.
To Jessica, thank you so very much for everything you have done. You are very brilliant at what you do so keep up the excellent work as you do make people happy with your skill and eye for detail.
I actually emailed Jessica when it arrived and offered to tip her as I was so impressed but she replied that she would rather I posted a review to let other know of her work which I cannot recommend enough - if you are considering getting a Bobblehead as a gift then you will be very happy with this company and the recipient will be thrilled as it is unique to them and so much more thoughtful as they will appreciate what you have had made for them.

Very disappointed in the service and response
Very disappointed in the service. I was on a tight timetable but paid for expedited shipping and when we had an exchange about tweaking the product, the company was very slow in responding. Ultimately I was told that any changes would risk my deadline, so I accepted the version even though the likeness was poor. After all that, the delivery will miss my deadline. I asked them to make another one with the changes to fix the likeness since the delivery date was missed because of their error. I agreed to pay for the new shipping. Never got a response so I will have a product which does not look like the person and it missed the date for the retirement party so a complete waste of time and money

Excellent attention to detail and communications
We ordered a bobble head for our dad's 85th birthday. It was our first order with this company. They sent a photo of the face design for proof and made a minor change to the chin, then sent proofs for adding the hair and the body. They were able to add a silver coffee mug in his hand and change his shirt color to royal blue, and it looked realistic. He loved the gift, and it was a hit with the family. It arrived earlier than expected and was very carefully packaged, wrapped in a beautiful orange box with an orange lid, and tied with black and gold ribbon. We will definitely order again from this company based on our positive experience and excellent customer service, including the status updates via email.
