Excellent attention to detail and communications
We ordered a bobble head for our dad's 85th birthday. It was our first order with this company. They sent a photo of the face design for proof and made a minor change to the chin, then sent proofs for adding the hair and the body. They were able to add a silver coffee mug in his hand and change his shirt color to royal blue, and it looked realistic. He loved the gift, and it was a hit with the family. It arrived earlier than expected and was very carefully packaged, wrapped in a beautiful orange box with an orange lid, and tied with black and gold ribbon. We will definitely order again from this company based on our positive experience and excellent customer service, including the status updates via email.

I've had an extremely bad experience…
I've had an extremely bad experience with this company, despite contacting Bobblegifts by email on 19th Jan in the hope they can make this right, I have received no response and I'm now stuck with figurines I cannot gift.
I sent photos as instructed for the figurines to be based on, I received an email on 13th December with pictures of the figurines to approve them before being sent out and advising delay of approval or modifications would result in additional time. I hadn't seen this email and they proceeded to send the figurines out on 15th December due to lack of response!
These figurines were intended as a gift, which is unfortunately not possible, as the figurines do not resemble the original photos in any meaningful way and would be upsetting to the intended recipient.
I have heard nothing back from Bobblegifts regarding a resolution to this problem which is pretty disgusting considering they aren't cheap. A refund would be great but at the very least a more accurate replacement at the very least, however, they haven't even acknowledged my disappointment.
If I could attach photos for the review I would, just to make people aware of what you could be getting and to be cautious when ordering from Bobblegifts. If you like figurines of seemingly dead dogs in odd positions, this is your company!
If this is how they deal with their paying customers, I would definitely not recommend.
On a nother note, the figurines are advertised as dashboard ornaments but came with nothing to stabilise on a dashboard...but that's the least of my worries.

I have had a very frustrating experience
I have had a very frustrating experience myself, and I know it doesn’t always turn out great. But there has been no accountability from Bobblegifts in regards to my very poorly made bobblehead. I sent through a variety of photo references for them to go off - front, back, side, the works - but initially they kept sending me back draft versions that looked nothing like the reference. I was the one who then had to step in and direct them on what seemed wrong and what needed tweaking, as if I were the expert artist. Ultimately after several reiterations I agreed on a front-on picture they sent of the bobblehead. Once received, the bobblehead looked nothing like the photo I approved and even less like the reference photos. Needless to say, Bobblegifts customer service has not been helpful, taking no accountability, and hiding behind the fact that I approved the photo, so they can do nothing. A part of me wonders why their artists would have been ok with the end result - considering it looks nothing like the person I wanted to create this for. Surely their business model relies on knowing their craft - but they have no clue. In the end, I was the one who was to blame in this. Pretty crazy, I must say.
I am still trying to get them to either remake it or refund me for this lousy product. The skin colour is wrong, the side profile shows this huge hooked nose when the person has a straight nose, the ethnicity is completely different - I would be very happy with a caricature version of the person, but this is far beyond acceptable.
Hoping to get a better response from Bobblegifts to rectify this. At this stage I feel ripped off!

Bobblehead does not portray what they advertise for their work
Ordered November 26, 2025, and I went back and forth with the company as they showed each change they made to the bobble head (eyes, body, etc.). However, it got to the point of hair, and they totally made it look like a cartoon. Despite reasonable efforts to tell the company their work did NOT match what they advertised on their company website the company never made it right besides telling me I would have to pay a fee to have the costs of a poorly done project reimbursed. Disappointed. BUYERS BE CAREFUL. The work portrayed on their website is MUCH different than what they make.

I must admit that the bobblehead I received was not to my liking. However, I cannot express how exceptional the company’s response to my complaints has been. They went above and beyond what I had ever anticipated, and in my opinion, no other company has ever demonstrated such outstanding customer service.
