For children I love this brand. They make the cutest clothes! Delivery to Australia is pretty fast and duties are included. Thank-you for the lovely items - I love shopping from this brand as quality is pretty much guaranteed and the designs are stunning.

I'm tall and pernickety when it comes to pricey clothing that doesn't fit well! Boden continues to skimp on the length of the coveted silk shirts. For that, I docked 2 stars. Also, I noted the change of name from Sienna to Sara - shorter name, shorter length?! JB, if you prefer 5 stars, then I prefer longer silk shirts. If Whistles can design beautiful silk shirts ideal for taller frames, so can you, as you did originally. However, you're still my go-to for unique prints, versatile stylish designs, and even better customer service.

I love Bodens clothes, so you can imagine how excited I got when they sent me a 25 gift voucher to spend on anything I liked !! No strings it said minimum spend 25.01. So I ordered a couple of things in different sizes and kept the items I liked. When they refunded me for the items I didn’t keep they had prorated the 25 pound off over all items I had ordered !! Which meant I only got about 11 pound off in the end … which I think was misleading !! I was told it was in the small print but I searched and couldn’t find any reference to this. I dislike being manipulated. Shame as the clothes are gorgeous, pricey but good quality and nice fit :(

Sadly my experience has been poor, due to Boden’s chosen delivery agent being Evri, and unfortunately each time I order I have problems. My latest delivery has not been delivered at all, and now almost 10 days later, I am still trying to navigate the refund process that I was told would be 5 working days (from 19th) and It’s been painful. I appreciate it is Evri who is the main issue, but I have previously contacted Boden to highlight the issues with Evri but they keep using them and it’s sad that the company does not clarify if it is looking at alternative agents or options for clients - maybe a click and collect option is safer. However still waiting for the refund is a Boden matter.

Quick delivery - although Evri is not a good choice of courier as parcels are not delivered with care.
