Recieved the order perfecty on time. I ordered Cookies & Cream, but to be honest it just tastes like vanilla. It is a good taste tho!

Bodylab good, DHL bad. :(
Products are fine as always, delivery was terrible. DHL doordashing and dumping the package at a nearby store which is hardly even open, when i finally recieve the package a week later one of the containers is open. Second time in a row i had this happen with DHL with my Bodylab package. I would love to have another option for the delivery service since the products are great.

Big price increase
Good, clear website. Delivery is generally a bit slower than with other companies, 3 to 5 workdays. I was surprised that 2kg whey protein in less then 2 years increased in price from €29.99 to 69.99. Even with discount codes I paid 78% (€21,-) more than I did last time.

Too big pot with too low centent
Our order was delivered quickly.
The only comment I have is from environmental point of view. Why such a big plastic pot for only 120 tabs? There is space for 360 tabs. I ordered a big quantity and with a content of 360 tabs in one pot the price could have been even lower.

The package was damaged. I was compensated
The package was damaged. One of the containers with whey proteïne opened during transport and the contents were spilled inside the cardboard box. The powder was everywhere when I opened the box except in the container. After explaining the situation to bodylab a fair compensation was arranged. Good product and service !

1. I received an email that it couln’t deliver while I was at home all day. Nobody rang the doorbell. So now I had to wait till monday.
2. We have a DHL point nearby our house (5 min walk). But I guess the delivery person thought it was smart to send the package to a DHL point where I had to drive 10 min. By car. Very disappointed in this service.
