Its my first order on bodylabs whey

Its my first order on bodylabs whey. I ordered 2 boxes bit 1 of them arrived already opened. I tried the other 1 (vanilla flavour) and it was actually pretty good! Great with milk.

Open boxes…

my previous orders were perfect, unfortunately this is not the case with the last one. After opening the delivery box, 3 of the 5 jars were open and the powder spread throughout the box.

You don't want these 'gifts'

One of the tastes was just not very nice. Whey Macadamia tastes like plastic. But what I don't like from the company is that they offered a present and the only thing I could choose from is a plastic milkshake can in several colours. Ofcourse I did not want more plastic but in stead of including a few samples of protein bars or something like that, I got offers from third parties again on plastic cards. To all of the employees.... this is not the correct way forward. Include something people can use, one or two samples but not plastic nitty gritty..

My whey protein arrived already open…

My whey protein arrived open in the box... With some protein dropped out of it.

This could be due to the delivery service and not necessarily BodyLab themselves.. But it is still very sad, a big waste and brings a lot of uncertainty.. As example, what if someone out something in it or it's already been used by someone else.

Also I don't know how to properly make a report of this and maybe get a new product instead.

Protein powder was opened.. very slow handling by customer support..

I received the 2kg bucket of whey protein powder opened with some of the contents spilled out and the lid not closing properly. I can't trust this is safe for consumption this way. I've contacted support, but I got no answer.. Very disappointing!
Edit: after a couple of days I finally got a response with a request to send in a picture. Every time you send an e-mail they take an entire working day to respond. Finally they sent me an e-mail saying I'd get a separate e-mail from DHL with a return label, but that it could take up to two weeks! And once the bucket was received I would get a refund.. I wanted a new product, which I now had to re-order and wait another 4 days for. If I had known this from the start, I would've re-ordered it immediately.
But, now 3 weeks down the line, STILL NO RETURN LABEL.
Update: I e-mailed customer service again and then received my shipping label.
After shipping it back, it took a couple of weeks before I had the refund, but I was refunded the whole amount.
Thanks for the help. I hope next time this will be somewhat smoother!

When the package arrived one of the box…

When the package arrived one of the box was open. So the powder was all over the package. Maybe leave less space between the products so that they can't move.
