1st time ordering and I had made a mistake with my address, so got in touch with boohoomoon via WhatsApp and they responded so fast and got it sorted straight away was so shocked and pleased really amazing customer service! My order arrived fast and so happy with the 2x mystery ring set and earing set and the jewellery is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend! Was so happy I purchased another two mystery bundles! and will definitely be buying more! So many stunning pieces to choose from aswell as amazing customer service team! Thank you again!

I like yellow gold jewellery. I buy pieces in the £10 sales - I would not pay full prices any more from my mixed experiences.

Rings
I bought 2 thumb rings - perfect fit, I wear nearly everyday and condition is still pretty near perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Necklaces
They look very fake gold, way too shiny, also very cheap feel and weight ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bracelets
As per rings, fit well, look great and still in near mint condition although these I wear the least so have had the least wear ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Earrings
I love the different styles available. I have one pair (my first purchase) which are hoops with stones, I've worn them loads, still look new! Others I've had - stones missing after a few wears, dodgy closures, and some that went black in my ears. So very hit and miss for earrings ⭐️⭐️

Love the app, delivery is amazing. Still one of the better ones if you like gold coloured jewellery, just not as resilient they advertise.

Only reviewing for the steel jewellery (I don't wear gold/mixed metals so cannot comment on quality of these). Quality is incredible- bit pricey but they're constantly having deals so no point paying full price when you can wait for a sale. Some styles are tacky and trend-chasing which- get your bag- but isn't environmentally conscious. Never had an issue with any jewellery I've bought and there's a variety of chain styles which is really great for layering and adding texture.

Had a problem with one of my bracelets thst I got from them.. I then was contacted from them and they sorted it out ...Excellent customer service thank you

I have bought a lot from Bohomoon and will keep on buying! Their jewellery are so beautiful and I never take them off.

I’ve had quite a few bits of jewellery from Boho Moon and had nothing but a great experience. The jewellery is tarnish free and very good price, especially when they do £10 sales. I have had gold and silver, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings and all have lasted me really well with no breakages!
When you receive the items they are always packaged well too.
Can’t fault!

My ring tarnished within a couple of weeks so I was sent a replacement. This also tarnished and an opal dropped out of it. Bohomoon are not responding to my emails. Poor quality jewellery and even poorer customer service

Bought some jewelry from them based on it being sweatproof, waterproof, no tarnish, lifetime guarantee...etc. Bought 3 rings...in early December 2025. One of the rings is already lost it's luster, shine, appears the "gold" color is seriously fading. Have also noticed the start of the same happening to ring number 2. These 2 rings were ones I've worn daily. The 3rd wasn't worn often due to sizing issues and it's still in great shape. Really disappointed. Will be reaching out to customer service but just overall disappointment that 2 of 3 rings are already fading with daily wear. I don't even shower in them, fade in a month is strictly from washing my hands. The necklaces I bought haven't started to decline...but I'm guessing that's because they haven't been through the soap and water washing. I've since ordered from a different brand. Waiting to see if the same thing happens. If it doesn't? This is a major quality issue.

Fontaines DC heart necklace is fab. Bought it for my daughter who loves Fontaines as I'm the best mum ever!!!!

I was bought a pair of flat back pearl flower studs as a gift from Bohomoon.

I had a bad reaction to the earrings wherein my lobes swelled, itched and produced puss.

I originally had three lobes piercings on my right ear but just two on the left and so when I got my third on the left done I waited until it had healed to a point that the original jewellery needed downsizing and then put the Bohomoon studs in each of my third lobe piercings.

I thought originally that the issues were due to one of the piercings being quite new as the reaction first happened on that side and because I have never had a reaction to any earrings before and Bohomoon market their earrings as allergen safe. In the end though, both ears were the same. One side having been pierced around three months ago, and the other having been pierced 2+ years ago.

I originally ordered a pair of hoop earrings for myself, however they were much smaller than I expected and unfortunately didn’t fit my earlobes comfortably. The hoops felt very tight and didn’t stay closed, and I assumed they would be suitable for standard lobe piercings as there wasn’t a clear sizing comparison for this on the listing.
That said, I want to update this review to say that the customer service has been absolutely fantastic. The team responded quickly, kindly, and offered a very generous solution, allowing me to choose an alternative item regardless of price and upgrading the delivery. They also took my feedback on board regarding sizing clarity, which I really appreciated.

While the original item wasn’t right for me, I’m genuinely impressed with how the issue was handled and wouldn’t hesitate to order again because of the excellent customer care.

If you want beautiful jewellery that can be worn in water, this is the place to go. Not only are the pieces exquisite but at a very good price. Fast delivery and excellent customer service.

I have had so much jewellery from here in the past 6 months I should rate one star for my bank balance.
I've chosen my own jewellery, I've had many £10 goodie bags and I've had the advent calendar. Everything has been amazing quality and if not to my taste in the goodie bags they have been perfect for gifts. I go for the gold and nothing has tarnished despite me never taking it off. I will be back for more!

The jewellery from Bohomoon is amazing quality and have been buying from them for a little while now. I recently had to contact customer service about a set of earrings which unfortunately tarnished (very rare as all the jewellery I own from this company are still good as new), and I cannot fault their customer service! They are super friendly and quick to respond. Jasmine dealt with my query and she was fab - very polite and professional and within a couple of days offered to send replacement jewellery or store credit for future purchases. Thanks so much to Jasmine and the rest of the team!
