I love Bohomoon and I regularly shop with them. A few times (including last week) I’ve ordered goodie bags along with items I’ve chosen and every time I’ve returned them. They put the plainest selection in there with little to no variety, all three bracelets this time were the same style, just a plain chain. However, I get it’s a mystery what you receive and all tastes differ. They’ve also changed the shade of their gold jewellery, too. It’s much more yellow than it used to be. That being said, I’ve never had an issue with ordering from them and they’re really friendly if you have any queries.

Been shopping on bohomoon since 2023 and the only thing probably better than the jewelry quality is the customer service! Always very receptive and ready to help. Excellent non tarnish jewelry and great prices

Beautiful jewellery. Excellent prices. It really doesn't tarnish or turn your skin green. It stays the same colour. I get so many compliments!!

Customer service is also wonderful. Out of the many pieces I have bought from them, I have only ever had one issue (the spring in one of the clasps broke on a necklace)... they resolved it immediately.

i have bought from bohomoon multiple times over the past year or so. i wear bracelets 24/7 and none of them have ever tarnished or broken. the quality is incredible for the price. the packaging is always so cute, and never had any issues with damage during shipment. honestly can’t recommend enough

I have ordered several pieces from Bohomoon and for the most part I have been very happy. The quality is decent, they genuinely don’t tarnish and I really enjoy the price point.

However, a while ago I ordered the Alexa ring and it didn’t take long for a couple of the gems to fall out, which was a disappointment.

During my next order I ordered the Bejewelled ring which is also a very pretty ring and with minimal wear I have already lost 3 of the little gemstones and the ring has started to look a little tatty which is very disappointing.

The plainer designs have been fine but I would be wary of the rings with gems in them as they do fall out and eventually look quite cheap.

The jewellery is amazing and affordable! It has become my new obsession and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I returned a ring mystery bag to exchange for a bigger size and never received it. I provided the order number in all emails but bohomoon said they needed my postage tracking number which I couldn’t find. Very disappointing as I’ve ordered before and never had any issues. They were so unhelpful. Will never use again

I have sensitive ears, I cannot wear earrings for more than a few hours. Bohomoon earrings I bought are comfortable enough to wear without taking them off. I bought a few extra pairs of the style I like - simple for everyday - in case I lose one. So far, everything is good. The clasps are secure and I haven’t lost any.

Please please please don’t buy from Bohomoon. After a few months my jewellery has faded. Abbot Lyon is the only jewellery I have purchased that hasn’t faded. Bohomoon jewellery has some lovely items but sadly does not last.

I contacted BOHOMOON with a query and the response & customer service I received was fantastic.
Nothing too much trouble.
I have bought quite a bit from BOHOMOON and will continue to.

I have been buying jewellery from Bohomoon for a few years now. I love all their pieces, the quality is good and the items hold up to being worn as my everyday jewellery. I bought a bracelet in November which unfortunately broke but customer service rectified my issue promptly and offered store credit or a replacement and my replacement bracelet is on the way to me. I am very happy with the customer service I received from Jasmine.

I have always struggled to find rings that suit me or even just fit right… I ordered 2 rings (not my first purchase) and WOW!!! They fit so well, look so nice and the quality is amazing 🤩 just the simplest of things can make you feel better and these are truly amazing 🩷 I was kept up to date with delivery the whole time and delivered earlier than expected. LOVE 🤏🏼

Bohomoon have regular offers, and this makes them excellent value for money for stainless steel jewellery. I have bought gifts and jewellery for myself. I am particularly impressed with the value of the Goodie Bags. I would recommend joining the Loyalty scheme for points that equate to money off. I highly recommend Bohomoon.

I had some issues with the shipping company that was delivering my parcel. I never received a notification that my parcel was ready to collect, so I didn’t even know what my pickup point was. I could track the package, so I knew it was ready to collect, but I didn’t have the code needed or an address. I didn’t even know what shipping company had taken over delivery when it got to my country, so I didn’t know who to contact. The only thing I could think of, was to contact Bohomoon directly, and hope they had access to more information. Luckily, they got back with the correct location for pickup, and I was able to get my order. Costumer service was great, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful about my situation. The items I received were also gorgeous, and I’m looking forward to wearing them more.
