After waiting in for another firm to not turn up whom I could nt really understand their accent on the telephone ! Was relieved to speak to a literate lovely lady who explained things step by step and put me onto the next step and made sure all the booking was done professionally and accurately . Would recommend .

Great customer service really fast response

I spoke to a lady called ailsa at 1730 on a Friday, most people would be rushing to get home. Ailsa was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable (and I had a lot of questions!). She showed patience understanding and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid at my maybe obvious questions. Ailsa was an absolute delight. And genuinely the best customer service I've received in a long time. A true credit to your company!

The idea of a free or subsidised boiler is great in principle however after being advised I qualified for a boiler then told by British Gas they do not replace condensing combi's. After a call back we were put on to nPower who sent out an engineer to survey the property, he advised due to the age of the boiler we may be entitled to a boiler but wasn't 100% sure. After contacting nPower again told that the 20 year old boiler was too efficient to replace even though the only reason to apply was that it was no longer working?? No real help nothing available seems like a scheme which looks to be doing something to help those in NEED as the ECO principle dictates that the big 6 should provide those less fortunate with a free or subsidised boiler or heating system. Behind every scheme is a schemer.
I don't know how many are fitted or how to qualify because this is all shrouded in mystery and not to be told to the customer.

I contacted Boiler Grants for help for my father. The experience has been very positive, call handlers very pleasant, they called me back for more information on several occasions. An absolutely pleasant experience.
