Easy to order and check prices before you buy, always the best price and delivery comes when they say it will if not sooner. I’ve also got one of their linked monitors and I can keep an eye on what I have left. Just an all round brilliant service from these guys!

Automatically ordered without giving the option to cancel before order placed
I was very disappointed that Boiler Juice ordered automatically without giving me the option to defer/cancel. Has meant an invoice potentially 25-30% more expensive than it needed to be considering I had a tank 35% and usage minimal over the summer.

As part of the Connected service we provide, orders are placed on the customer's behalf when their oil level falls to around 35%.
The quantity ordered will depend on the amount of available credit on the account and the available space within the tank.
If customers do not wish to take advantage of this service, we can either suspend the automatic ordering function for up to four weeks or disable it until such time as the customer contacts us and requests that it be reinstated.

Oil ordered on the 4th August for delivery in two weeks. Oil was delivered next day, 5th August. Thanks for a very speedy delivery but at this time it was very inconvenient because of road closures outside our house. Fortunately the driver was able to get access. If I had wanted a next day delivery, I would have asked for it.
