Zero customer service.
They were great at the start and I can't fault the machines but now it's impossible to get in touch with them. Their customer service has been atrocious for quite some time.

I Regret Signing Up With Them
Two faulty terminals, delays with settlements hitting the account, customer service is an absolute nightmare to use. I truly regret leaving our other merchant services provider for BOIPA. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.
