From the moment I started talking to Paul about my Step Father's wishes to be Cremated, he made it a much easier experience to do. I cannot rate Paul highly enough; he was ready and willing to step in to help at every part of the way and he had an enormous amount of empathy for me as I was so very stressed and so very full of grief. It was like talking to a friend who you know would be there to guide you and support you and I will be so eternally grateful. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew my hard working, beautiful Step Father would be looked after with absolute kindness and respect. I cant put words on how beautiful the experience was made by Paul. I lost the love of my life and dad to my 4 young children. My husband never wanted us to go through the trauma of the traditional funeral experience, knowing we would be already heartbroken enough, so he himself chose direct cremation to take the pressure off us. It turned out to be a positive choice and thanks to Paul another person who was there to chat to and experience it with us.
I would highly recommend Paul and this service.
