Great products with fantastic delivery service better that the rest

Order said it had been dispatched quickly, but wasn't received by the courier until almost 2 weeks later. Due to it not being received by the courier on 10th August, I sourced alternatives elsewhere and asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded, however this was not acknowledged and I got a notification telling me the courier had finally received it on 13th. It was then delivered on 14th to my chosen drop off location. Very poor service and communication. 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable, as is not cancelling the order when requested.

spent over £100 items not been delivered. they use evri delivery service which means you'll never get your parcels. sent emails and filled out contact forms, zero reply same with evri. I have effectively been robbed and cant seem to do anything about it because humans just dont seem to exist anymore. I would avoid orderin from this place or at the very least avoid using evri delivery service at all costs. maybe this shit review might prompt them to answer me

placed my order on Friday 14 August with next-day delivery.

Evri, your appointed courier, failed to deliver the parcel. I requested delivery to an Evri parcel locker, but the parcel was not delivered there. Evri has now confirmed that the parcel is being returned to the sender.

I have contacted Bondara twice and have received no response. I have also repeatedly contacted Evri without resolution.

As I have never received the goods, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method. Please confirm the refund immediately.

If I do not receive confirmation, I will raise a card-payment dispute with Revolut for goods not received and provide the Evri tracking information and my correspondence as evidence.

While items arrived on time. One item was faulty. While this in itself is not worthy of a lower score, the lack of response to my emails regarding this is rediculous. I have tried to raise to them that the item is faulty and to get it replaced but not one reply has been sent by them.

The site on mobile is a little glitchy, normally it's fine on PC. The site is straight forward when you place your order, with up to date emails about your order updates and tracking number. Easy enough to navigate as well. Only issue I had was with everi who delivered the items and left it outside my front door without knocking, I live in a flat so I'm glad my neighbours didn't open it.

Ordering and dispatch prompt and efficient.
Rings were lower quality than expected (even though stretchy as promised) and of the two sets I’ve bought in the last month or so, a number have already broken and have had to be trashed.

I ordered nearly £70 worth of products. They never arrived. I emailed and contacted through the contact section of the website and received no reply through either. I am hard of hearing so unable to phone to ask for my money back.

Very quick service very good prices and fab quality products .always choose bondara .

The ease of use if the site. The prices are amazing in some cases and delivered seems quick.
Although I do have one gripe, the postage price is quite high if one is buying something small, as it is almost the same if not more than the item.

I paid for next day delivery it wasn’t even dispatched for 2 days

The items I bought are most satisfactory and I’m enjoying using them.
