I purchased Order No.6726452 on 2nd June. This unit failed a few days later. I purchased Order No.6791605 on August 15th. This unit also failed within a few days. The units would not charge.

NO HELP TEAM / REFUNDS
I ordered 2 items. One didn't arrive but came with a letter saying "out of stock". Still payed full price for it and requested a refund from the help team / page which I haven't heard back from.
The other item actually came but sadly doesn't work as expected and again I asked about a refund and have heard nothing.
It was around a £70 order altogether which I'm very not happy about with saying I've had no issues ordering before.

Had to chase up a delayed delivery, when it arrived there was an item missing. Good selection of toys at reasonable prices so you can try a few different things and see what works for you.

The order was not shipped on time, I had to chase up to ask why, and was never given a full explanation, just that delays were being experienced. I was promised a refund of my shipping fee, which I’m still waiting for.
Unreliable shipping will make me think twice before used them again.

The collar & leash was for an X rated fancy dress event and looks great.
The other item seemed to have a fault with it which I returned, and subsequently was quickly re-imbursed.
