I wish I could write -100% but I cannot. I have never experienced such a bad service in my live. No return policy even if you are one day late (return policy of 7 days... I returned
the gift on the 8th day). The service is terrible, if you need to buy a gift. Don't do it there!!!
Oh yeah and just to top it, I live in the Netherlands, so I got a giftcard that I can only use in the store, not ONLINE. Rediculous!
