Always had Amazing experience from Bonham’s.

I think the app is very convenient and is much user friendly than the web version.

I have bought and sold with Bonhams over the last few years I find them to be an excellent and professional organisation to work with. I will no doubt sell and hopefully buy from them in the future.

The book department Knightsbridge (only dept I personally use) are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I have been consigning items with this department for several years and I am always pleased with the detailed and accurate catalogue descriptions they provide which is based on real experience and expertise. My sales results have been extremely encouraging so I plan to continue to sell at Bonhams longterm. I have a great deal of trust and confidence in the whole team.

I have been a client of Bonhams for many many years the staff go out of their way they are extraordinary, they help they assist and are willing to go above and beyond.
The quality of art and antiques that are up for auction are spectacular and no need to shop or bid at other auction houses.

I failed to receive a parcel from Bonhams, London, and when I spoke to a lady in the name of Eliza Sawyer, who works for the company about it, she sent me information from Parcel Force claiming it was delivered to me and that I had signed it.
This information did not include a tracking number and worryingly, had my name spelt wrongly and suspiciously had a signature that was so blatantly and totally non resemblance of my signature.
If Ms Sawyer had obtained that information from Parcel Force, as claimed, I wonder why she could not see that there was no tracking number included in it.
And, when I was carrying out this query, a certain staff of the company, was insisting that it is not their business what happens to the parcel, that, as far as they're concerned, they had given the parcel to a company to deliver it to me.
And even when I had already stated that I did not receive the parcel, I was still accused by this individual of signing for the parcel, thereby, receiving it, an accusation which I found very offensive as it meant I was being accused of lying and probably being a thief, too, something of which I am seeking to take measures to make sure the individual does not repeat with customers in future.
I appeal to the rest of the public to be vigilant in the way they conduct business.

Seamless professionalism. Purchased an item after sale following acceptance of the seller. Dealt with the staff entirely by email which was both efficient and pleasant. Collected the item a few days later from the Knightsbridge offices following a pleasant visit to the V & A which is a 10 minute walk away. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, polite, efficient and professional. An excellent advertisement for this well established company.

I was delighted that the books I consigned to you did so well at your last auction. I attribute this to the very fine catalogue descriptions written by Thomas Lamb. I shall want him to catalogue the next lot of books that I give you to sell.
