Although I find Bonham's registration to bid system a bit ponderous , as spposedly needed to thwart money laundering , when the value of items of interest to me are usually well below that threshold , on the whole I find Bonhams offers a first class auction service to buyers .

Great experience dealing with Bonhams
I have enjoyed a good experience bidding both online, first with a live auction room and then a timed auction. Bonhams systems work very well.
The lots are accurately described with good photography. Staff members are polite and very responsive. If your nerves can handle the excitement of bidding for auction lots using Bonhams Auction House is a good place to be.
