Inconsistent messaging on leadtimes.

We had a few bumps with the wall mount instructions and fan beam instructions but we were able to speak with a live person who sent us additional info and worked with us to resolve the issues.
We love sitting under it in the sun or the rain. It's changed our summer so much!!! We love it!

Absolutely love our Bon Pergola. Took a little more than planned on the install, but happy with the outcome. Everyone that sees it is very impressed by the quality and look. One change I'd like to see is on the remotes. We have three different remotes. One each for the two shades and another for the louvers and light. Would be nice if it could all be on one remote.

Our pergola is the crowning touch to our home remodel. We can now move seamlessly from our living room to the outdoor deck year-round. Outstanding quality of materials and the screens are nearly transparent so we can can enjoy our landscaping.

Overall, the experience was mixed. I was originally told the pergola was in stock and would ship within 8–10 days. After placing the order, I was informed that it was actually not in stock, and ended up waiting 10 weeks. I would have appreciated more honesty and transparency about the availability and expected timeline upfront.

They did provide some accommodations and discounts to help make up for the delays, which I appreciated, although I had to ask for them. There was also some frustration around price matching, as they indicated they would only compare their mid tier product to other’s high-end products.

That said, once the pergola was finally received and installed, the product itself has been great. The design is excellent, and the instructions and installation videos are very well done and easy to follow.

Overall, I’m happy with the pergola, but the ordering experience could have been much better with more accurate information and communication from the beginning.

Customer service was stellar. Understood the issue, made the experience smooth.

Great response to fix things .No problems. .

We love the pergola and it operates great. It allows us to enjoy our deck all day on a south facing side of our house. Before, the mid day heat was just too much but the BON Pergola gives us the protecting from the sun and rain and we can open it up at night and see the stars!

We love the 13x19 Villa 1.0 pergola we purchased with motorized louvers. We added motorized screens, ceiling fans and heaters so installation was more time consuming than originally thought. 100+ temps didn't help either. Slow and steady. We would probably cut our time in half if we did it again. We had three guys when putting up the motorized screens since they were a bit heavy and wanted to play it safe. Through out the whole process customer service was either available or would return calls quickly. Just a few tweaks left and I can stick a fork in it!

The staff has kept me aware of the plan to replace my rain sensor.

After much research, Bon Pergola was my #1 choice for a Custom Villa Pergola. I was not disappointed. Bon Pergolas is a company with a team that has your best interest at heart. From start to finish, the team was available for questions and provided information in a timely fashion. In my opinion, Bon Pergola provided the best value for the money compared to other options.

From the first moment I considered buying their pergola, Bon employees have been courteous, helpful, informative, and very responsive. They helped solve problems and were there for me 24/7. Oh BTW, when you call you get to talk to a real person right away .... no AI fake person.

I had a problem with lighting, and it was resolved the next day.

Great product. Terrible service. Spent @75k on 3 products. All 3 were delayed. 2 were in stock then out of stock. Took 3 weeks to ship something that I quoted 3-5 days

I called needing a replacement part. They were very easy to work with and no push back on warranty item. Part was received timely.

The website says simple to assemble. Not a chance the directions are awful. ( I showed them to several people helping me and all agreed)
They say you can contact them for help but numerous time I sent text and emails with pictures and questions. Nobody ever returned text or email. So I ended up putting louvers in wrong after sending a photo of a couple in asking if correct and no response.
Do not count on the directions nor the company to answer your questions. Spent over $ 15,000 I expected much better help and communication Finally I just gave up on them

Product exceeded our expectations for quality, workmanship, functionality and is very appealing.

Bon Pergola's CS is the finest. as a contractor, it is essential for us to work with a company that supports their product. we had a product issue and after troubleshooting, they sent us the new part which resolved the issue. the Pergola is well constructed and worth the investment.
