My order was canceled with no explanation and only a partial refund.

Bookbyte always has what I need, and their checkout service is easy, but above all, flexible! They shipping was fast, and they will ship to my P.O. box without any hassles or extra charges!! Wonderful!

Since I don't remember the shopping experience I guess it was a good one. Checkout was uneventful and easy.

The book came when I needed it, and it was a new textbook with an access code, as advertised. However, there was a deep scratch about two inches long on the front cover, which likely happened before shipping occurred. I do not have time to send it back and wait for a new one, but was disappointed that a new, expensive book came with some cosmetic damage.

I recently sent books to bookbyte.com and I called to see if they received them. Because i never got a conformation email from them. Evidently you can not call bookbyte and speak to customer service. I was informed they only operate by emails. What kind of business does not have phone for customer service. I have done business with many companies and this is a first for me. Maybe I am old school wanting to speak with a person. Had I known this I would of done my business else where. If customer Service is important to you I would defiantly keep this in mind. Evidently customer service is not a priority here.

On two different occasions I have tried to buy books from Bookbyte and both orders were canceled after online payment was made. Either their online store platform is horribly out of date and not maintained or they just don't have all of the books in stock to sale that they are listing on their site.

Very quick service. Good condition of the book even if it is used.

Shipping was delayed despite the fact that I paid extra to get the book faster. I ended up having a delayed assignment. Despite that, the cost of the book was the cheapest I found and the quality was brand new.

Got USPS confirmation that my package was delivered. Rachel S. keeps telling me otherwise. Do not send books for buyback to Bookbyte, they will steal them and say they were never received, and you will never get payment. Stay away from this scam website.

I bought a on 9/19/17 and paid for a 3 business day delivery. After the confirmation of order email I did not hear anything again so I decided to follow up on Thursday 9/21 about the status of my order. It was then that I was told by Rachel that I did not buy the book from Bookbyte but from a third party selling on Bookbyte platform and it takes 3 business days for the book to be shipped. Through out the process, it was not stated anywhere that I was buying the book from third party. My card was charge to Bookbyte and confirmation email was sent by bookbyte. The book was final received on the following Tuesday 9/26. I have learnt my lessons. That was the most rude customer service I have ever experience, using deception to collect my money without delivering the service as specify. I have told all my friends who buy from Bookbyte to stop dealing with you guys and I will continue to tell many more that I introduced Bookbyte to. Business should be conducted in an open and fair manner.

I got a quote on a book I paid over $90 for..I was quoted $60 the book was in good condition but I checked on my order and it was deemed rejected..? I don't see how at all their explanation was brief and unprofessional. They basically said my book will be "recycled" SGD not dent back to me. They basically stole my book! I am beyond furious! And I'm sure the fake apology from "the owner" will follow this complaint as well! I hope they are shut down very soon!....i knew that fake reply was coming! they never proved to me my book was damaged because that is of course impossible. My book still sales used OK condition for $80! Theives

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and out to steal you money!!!!!! It was my first time selling books back and I used bookscouter.com to find the best site to sell my very expensive textbooks. For one of my orders, they claim they did not receive the textbook I placed on the order but instead another book with a different ISBN number which was $0 in value. Mind you, I have never owed this book they say they received. I assumed there was a processing issue, such as the input of the wrong ISBN number. However when contacting costumer service about this problem, Rachel says there is nothing they can do about it because they never received the textbook I was talking about. Not please explain to me how you receive my package, but not the textbook I packed inside of it?!?! Along with losing the textbook, I'm also out the $60 is was quoted at. I ca only assume they saw my textbook and decided they didn't want to pay me my $60 so they put in the wrong ISBN number and then are making money off selling my book. Another issue I had with them was that I was quoted $58 for a textbook that was brand new and I only received $25 for it. On my order status it says they received the same book but with a slightly different ISBN which was valued at a lesser price. The book I sent had the ISBN valued at $58. I know this because I wrote every ISBN down for my records. Again, Rachel says there is nothing the company can do. When asked for the mangers contact, she says they can not accommodate phone calls. NEVER using this company. They stole over $100 from me!!!
