Book Printing UK have been very responsive to all of my queries, and made sure nothing was missing before printing. The hardback print quality is very good indeed. I highly recommend this service.

I can’t recommend it enough - the main thing I can commend them for is their customer service and prompt response to any issues - also very that they also checked in afterwards - Big up Emily & Sepera, much appreciated your service & quick responses.

Every contact I had was very helpful and personal. Every question was answered promptly and in detail and they were all very knowledgeable. It was easy to get hold of the right person either by email or telephone.

This was an unusual project in that it involved a society (with a committee) and a City Council. Not only were deadlines involved to meet council's requirements - the society had less than a month from start of the project to the completed book. Kaithlyn guided us through ensuring delivery of the finished article arrived in time for the society's/council exhibition. Thank you Kaitlyn for your guidance and support with this.

Do exactly what they promise. Had two books damaged in transit and both replaced with no fuss or charge. Have used them a lot.

Natasha and the design team were INCREDIBLE. I put in my order rather late but they went above and beyond and managed to get a gorgeous final product to me days before I needed it! It was perfect to the design and my best friend loved it so much. I cannot recommend them more!!

Great communication, fabulous website with full information. High quality finish to books. Natasha was excellent , responded quickly to emails. Natalie and Beth were also very helpful. We are delighted with the outcome.

Patient and friendly service

I read all the glowing reviews before I began this process and I am delighted to say they are well deserved. As an 80 year old complete publishing novice, I found the whole experience easy to handle and the staff incredibly helpful. My books arrived when promised and the printing and finish is superb. I couldn't ask for more.
