My experience of using BookPrinting UK for a small batch of hardback books of family importance has been exceptional from start to finish. The options presented to me, the reasonable pricing, the assistance to reach a final proof, the dashboard providing me online information of progress and then the truly professional quality of the final product. And most of all a real person to support me through the whole process (in my case Beth) who was so helpful, responsive and went out of her way in order that I could receive my books a little earlier than scheduled, to meet an important family occasion. A very professional company that I thoroughly recommend.

They always make a great job of my books, have been using them a number of years with no issue. I have just ordered my 3rd book to be printed by them. I was given a young man called Tee Tyson to help me and he is fantastic. He is very polite and extremly helpful, I had my files reviewed, uploaded and the whole thing paid for in slightly over a day, wonderful.

Everyone at BPUK has been extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the finished product. My first contact was Sepera who guided me through the range of options such as book size, hard or soft cover, weight and colour of paper, font type and size, number of copies required and so on. To help me understand these options she sent me a pack with examples.
Once I was ready to submit my copy, I was looked after by Sasha and Emily who helped me with layout and formatting. It’s a good idea to ask them to send their template as the format differs from that I’d produced in Word. Then I turned it into a PDF and they sent me a proof copy.
Once I had checked the proof and made final amendments, I was helped by Mark in their design team who was able to make some final changes, giving a completely professional result.

BPUK just delivered the books from an initial printing order of my latest novel. The whole process went very smoothly, my contact in BPUK turned out to be an absolutely helpful and nice person, motivated to provide a great and timely support. Shipping from Peterborough to my place in Germany was done fast and reliable. Packaging of the books was sheltering the parcel content perfectly. And, guess what?

I knew from my previous experience with this company that I would be happy with my finished book. The quality is first class, from the printing through to the book binding to the finishing. Top class printing from a top class company, I would say.

Sepera did a good job informing me about what I'd need to do to get the books looking better. The whole thing had to be arranged virtually, I think I would have like to see some digital images of random pages but know that the weight and feel of the real thing is better, so had to rely on family to proof the sample and send me images.
Emily efficiently organised delivery and kept communications open til job complete. Even now she's willing to handle future feedback for when I actually see the books!
