You can choose specific dungeon option when you're purchasing Mythic +15 run. For the time being it is absolutely free option and we don't charge extra for choosing a specific dungeon.
After you pick this option, it serves as indicator for our managers to provide a concrete dungeon of your choice. You can request the specific keystone in order notes or in direct dialog with our online support. Usually, we have all keys available at our disposal, so organising a specific dungeon run is not a problem at all. :)
