Next Day Delivery is a Scam
Item bought as an emergency, approved by pharmasist and ordered with next day delivery, Magically it was "delayed" without notice.
This happened 4 times and I was left without Any meds for 4 days and a weekend.
Emails and chat were ignored and useless. Will never use boots again for anything.

I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience my order has not arrived even though i paid extra for it to be next day delivery and that was on the 8th of July !!! I travelled and the order still hasn’t arrived I even contacted customer service with absolutely zero reply and it was an expensive order extremely unprofessional
