Extremely poor experience with Boots UK.
My order was never delivered and was returned to the sender, yet instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly passed between Boots and their supplier. I was even given incorrect information at the start, which caused unnecessary delays.
Customer service has shown a clear lack of accountability — I’ve had to chase multiple parties myself for something that should have been handled by Boots from the beginning.
Days later, the issue is still unresolved, with no clear ownership or urgency from their side. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive order.
Very disappointing service — I expected much better reliability and support.

Awful customer service. I tried to buy some Wellkid on the Boots website - but the site didn't charge the advertised promotional price and customer service couldn't sort the problem. I ended up buying the product at the higher price and customer service then would not refund the difference.

I purchased a new electric toothbrush from what was a very good selection.
It was a very easy & straight forward process to buy the product was delivered exactly at time they said it would be.
No complaints at all & would use this company again. 👌

I had previous issue' s with Boots online ordering, where items were missing due to poor packaging.
However I find Boots good value for money, so 'took the gamble' and ordered again.
The packaging this time was more robust, items delivered promptly (Royal Mail). So credit due, very pleased.

Great service from boots but spoilt by Royal Mail . I had notifications on three consecutive days from Royal Mail that my parcel was out that day for delivery only for it to be finally delivered on the 3rd day consequently not arriving to me for my needed date.
Boots had confirmed immediately that my order had been dispatched with a delivery date well within the date I required my item.

Reasonably quick delivery. Difficult to understand how advantage points on purchase are less than those on offers in app. Not all relevent offers are applied so you miss out on a lot of points.
