Loyalty points add up recycle gives points which add up other offers add up and soon be able to trade in for a new item. Process of ordering on line is easy efficient and quick. Delivery and packaging very good. It’s an alright service.

I always find what I'm looking for in boots and everything I get from them is always top quality and like on Wednesday I had been looking for a lipstick and couldn't find it in the right colour and I thought I would try boots and not only did I find the right shade of colour it was always an amazing price so 5 stars from me.

Continuously messed around and lied to by boots and on numerous occasions I have activated offers which haven’t been applied. Most recently, I made a £144 order and had activated offers which did not apply once again, after emailing numerous times and chasing this up, I was constantly asked for repeated information and when I had sent this over and over again, they then decided to try and deceive me by lying that the offers were not activated, and then that the offers had been used again, when I sent clear screenshots showing the offers activated and that it was due to expire prior to me making another order. Do not use this company I have never had this issue once with multiple providers who actually attend to there customers and do not lie

My delivery is always coming damaged,my body wash is always damaged on arrival, I’m left confused if it’s boot sending out damaged items because it’s delivery or if this keep happening from the delivery service they use. This is not nice

I was told my order would be with me before the 8th. It didn't arrive until the 9th which was more than a week after I had ordered it. So slow. When I received my parcel nothing had been wrapped inside properly and the mousse I'd ordered was both open and had sprayed inside the box. I sent an email regarding this and did not receive a response. Wouldn't bother.
Edit. I sent a feedback email already. Twice. I don't need to contact you on Facebook! The response below doesn't even provide a link to contact boots directly. Boots requested that I use trust pilot before even looking at my email. Enjoy your one star.

The website is very easy to navigate and search for the items you require. The pricing is always reasonable and the particular item I purchased this time was actually cheaper than other websites. I like the option of either having items delivered directly to your address, or to your local Boots outlet.

Boots New Change pharmacists’ need to be trained on customer service. I use this Boots branch regularly as it is convenient. At 1.30 pm’ish, I arrived to collect my medication. Stood by the pharmacy counter for about 7+ minutes. First in line, and the pharmacist (C.P.) noted when I arrived, yet when he finished whatever he was doing, had the audacity to ignore me, move to the payment counter and ask “Who is next?” I mean, “What?”. Just ridiculous and rude. Not a positive experience. Please do better.

When the order arrived the cosmetics were broken and had leaked all over the packaging. Despite contacting Customer Services it has been almost 2 weeks and still no response except for acknowledging receipt of my email

I ordered some glucosomine and cod liver oil tablets for my Dad. Not used Boots online before but found it very easy and the savings by ordering online instead of purchasing in store were very good. Delivery was quick too.
