The attention paid to my hearing was excellent. The aids I will be receiving are top of the range, my choice. Although more expensive than those available online, the aftercare is local and guaranteed, so can't fault.

The audiologist was professional and helpful in many ways. The amount of information provided was extensive and difficult to remember in precise detail. He connected the hearing aids to the app and I am still trying to get the best volume and balance for me. This is going to take some time to get it right.

I felt it was a very thorough hearing test. Richard was very good and very helpful in helping me choose hearing aids.

The audioligist whom I met was professional and explained my condition in a clear manner. He explained the relative merits of the products and left the decision to me.

I now realise how much my hearing failing thanks to a very well explained procedure the level of hearing could also be seen on screen. The collection of my new hearing aids all pertinent information was also explained in detail. There will be a follow-up appointment to make sure all is working to my benefit.

Travelled 28 miles to get hearing aids fitted, they were the wrong colour! So now I’ve to wait at least a week to get the correct ones, costing me time & money!

Audiologist was patient and attentive, taking me through each of the stages of the test after carefully explaining and or demonstrating the purpose of the testing kit being used.

My experience with Boots Hearingcare was rated 5 stars because Richard explained the procedures and fittings so well and answered my questions well too.
I did not feel rushed to buy

All questions were answered clearly and in detail if required and there was no rush.
