Excellent service, very professional. The lady who did my test was so lovely

The service is beyond 5 star. The testing was detailed and the technology impressive. Aisha is fantastic!

Running late at every appointment. I had one set my hearing aids but the rubber tip was too big and caused me pain. Ayesha swapped the tips for smaller ones and they keep falling out. The difference to my hearing is not worth the pain and the worry that I will loose one. Ayesha is very persuasive and does not take no for an answer. I have booked an appointment to return the aids waited 2 weeks and this morning it has been cancelled less than 2 hours before the time. Tried to rebook and next appointment is nearly 4 weeks away. Booked a different shop. I feel that Ayesha may be on commission?

Ayesha at Longbridge Birmingham Hearing care is a credit to your company. I came back to renew my hearing aids after not being able to where my old style of in ear aids. Ayesha listened and understood my problems and put me on the right track to the aids I have now. They are so much better and I am actually wearing them this time. The Audiologist at Boots Longbridge was very personable and professional. Her examination of my ears (and my husband's) was very thorough and she explained the results in detail. She gave me a number of hearing aid options based on my budget and explained the differences. Although in the early stages of wearing aids, I am so far happy with the devices.

The manner in which the Audiologist managed my hearing assessment and the way she explained the intricacies of hearing loss was extremely reassuring.
It's a big step, but once explained and demonstrated, you realise how necessary it is.
I did not realise how much hearing I was missing until the audiologist fitted a trial pair of aids, amazing, and also a bit frightening, a new world, that will take some getting used to.

I had a consultation with Ayesha at Longbridge re updating my existing Boots hearing aids purchased six years ago.
Ayesha was friendly, efficient, professional and very patient in explaining the range of aids now available. She gave very clear information regarding the performance obtainable from various aids and how to get the best results

Very helpful audiologist, very personable.

I have a visual impairment. The Audiologist, Ayesha, was extremely helpful in both my appointments. She carried out a thorough assessment, taking a holistic approach to find out what would best suit my needs. She showed my friend how to manage replacing the filters as these would be difficult for anyone with a visual handicap. Overall, very impressed with the service and hearing aids.

This was my third attempt at having hearing aids due to my reluctance to acknowledge that I needed help!
I visited Ayesha for a second time in January at Longbridge Hearing Care.
She remembered me and showed great empathy and understanding of how I felt about it all.
She was as professional and customer-focused as before and guided me through the process with great patience and warmth.
She showed an interest in what I did for a living and we had a brief but very pleasing chat about her own life outside of her job.
I’m now in possession of a pair of Sonak hearing aids that are working well for me and thanks mainly to Ayesha’s attentiveness and encouragement, are becoming a natural part of me in my daily life.
I highly recommend her and the practice at Longbridge!
