Natasha was excellent guiding me through use of my new hearing aids. I find them better than expected. My wife cannot believe that I turned the tv sound right down. Thank you Boots.

After a hearing test where the need for hearing aids was discussed. I was advised the price was £4000. I left the appointment saying I would need to discuss this with my husband, and I was non committal.
The following morning, I received an invoice for the discussed hearing Aids along with an appointment to have them fitted !.
I was furious. I had not committed to them, and did NOT expect to receive an invoice for something I had not agreed to or signed for or paid any deposit.
On calling the helpline to dispute the invoice, initially I was told I had placed an order for them, only then later to be told they could see I had not paid a deposit. I asked for an email to confirm our conversation regarding a wrongly sent out invoice and to confirm that I indeed had not in any shape or form agreed to proceed with the £4000 hearing Aids.
Please be mindful of or steer clear of Boots hearing tests etc, completely incompetent.

Both audiologist I saw were wonderful , right the way through the whole process. After having the trial hearing aids fitted, I had tears in my eyes as I realised what I had been missing. A big thank you to all .

It was made easy but the only issue was not being able to try a unit in my ears..
I hope when made they fit comfortably and are hidden like I want them to be.

Excellent service throughout appointment. As a senior resident the assistant explained everything extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend both her and Boots Hearing thank you.

No hard sell from a well informed audiologist and a very good product with plenty of good reviews. Not cheap and not too expensive but you get what you pay for.

I felt at ease during the test. Everthing about my hearing aids was explained carefully . There was no hard sell.

Paid over 3k 2years ago, re charging battery doesn’t last all day , only about6/7 hours

Amazing results. The advisor was very helpful and patient going through all the options and payment plan. Couldn’t be happier.

Jade has made every effort to customise my new hearing aids to my needs. Whilst initially sceptical that I needed them I admit that they are useful for certain situations particularly when watching/listening to TV or Radio. I will be keeping them but do not need to wear them all day.

Having purchased a Phonack Digital Hearing Aid several weeks ago it has crashed three times now and after contacting the store in Morpeth today I have been told no one from audiology can deal as they are on holiday. Staff member Lucinda found this funny and laughed throughout my conversation with her when I explained I needed the aid to work. Absolutley shocking customer service and lack of disability awareness,

I’m not sure how I feel at the moment as I’m not having much luck with the hearing aids. Ask me in a few months time
