Excellent care

My elderly mum needed a hearing test & was quite nervous about it, plus she lost my dad recently after 65 years together, who had always accompanied her everywhere. Paige was so kind, understanding & incredibly competent & knowledgeable. She put my mum at ease & on both visits showed her patience. My mum is delighted with her new hearing aids & very grateful to Paige for her advice & care.

Very friendly, helpful staff at New Mllton

Paige at New Mllton was lovely, friendly and professional. The hearing test was very thorough and she explained the results clearly. We were happy to go with her recommendation on the type of hearing aid most suitable.Only downside is that parking can be an issue.

Glasses repair

I lost one of the pads on my glasses/My opticians had closed for the Bank Holiday.I tried Specsavers who said they could help but then said they couldn't!! My last resort,on my wife's suggestion, was to try Boots Hearingcare as I could see glasses. Lucy spent several minutes trying to put new 'pads' in with a colleagues help(Brynn) and finally succeeded.I asked how much and Lucy said 'nothing at all'!! I said they have just added 2 new customers and donated some cash to their desk charity. In this materialistic world it was a rare and generous experience and I want to thank them very much - it made my day!!

No hard sell at all.

Paige, the young lady who I saw was very professional and friendly, she made me feel at ease. There was no pressure to buy at all. She made it clear I was quite free to go away without any obligation to come back. Even after the second longer test she said I could still try going through the NHS.
