Not good
Purchased a Starkey hearing aid August 2025 which wasn’t cheap (only one was required) it stopped working about October which was the wire & boots replaced it and also gave a spare just in case, now in July it has stopped working again and at the Boots appointment they contacted Starkey who offered to replace it but then Boots say it can be upto 2/3 weeks before I get a replacement and that they no longer offer a space replacement of any model to help you during this period!
The manager at Meadowhall says they send it away and replace the inner part and put the out part on the new inner part but they have to check it first, even though Starkey stated on the phone that they would replace it, so not sure why Starkey are having to check it first and not just send the replacement one straight out? The manager did say she would phone Starkey to see if they could do it quicker.
Cannot believe that Boots don’t offer this service anymore & also I’m now told that I should expect it to go wrong at least once a year, not great😡

A.J. is the man to ask for.
Everything was explained clearly. AJ was very friendly and professional. Explained my options well with no pressure.
PLEASE BE WARNED CON ARTIST ALERT.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE- Before you even think of using this Con outfit, seriously consider other places.
Both myself and mother purchased hearing aids from this place ( combined cost around £4000) with after service care. Appointment after appointment cancelled, even within 30 minutes after making them. I have just recieved another text changing my date from a Saturday to a Friday and they know full well I can only do Saturdays appointments due to work commitments.
If you think by raising a complaint ( you might as well talk to the lamp post) i have raised a complaint regarding the cost we paid and the level of service we have recieved is not what was promised on purchase of sale ( basically mis-sold). All they offered as a good will is 2000 points on reward.... Not bad - we pay £4000 THEY GIVE YOU £20 (Even highwayman Turpin wore a mask)
All they want is your MONEY 💰 THAT IS IT.
So please really take note of This review and BE WARNED.

Shocking Service.
Shocking Service.
I paid over £3,000 for my Boots Hearing Aids.
Just after the warranty ran out one of the units didn't work. Boots suggested spending £2,000 on another pair ! The alternative was a not guaranteed £147 repair, which I elected for. That was a month ago, so I have been without both aids for a month.
I received a stupid Email telling me that my Aids were in Llandudno. What am I supposed to do, I live in Sheffield !!!
I rang them and a curt gentleman told me to ring the Wales office.
What a joke, and complete inconsideration for my lack of hearing for now a months and counting.
