Felt valued and and really listened!
The audiologist was so helpful and patient when I explained that my hearing aids were not working as well as Itjought they should. Fatseema my audiologist at Wheatone Boots Hearing really listened to my concerns and offered me options to consider what might be wrong, from reconfiguring my aids and I know went beyond my expectations to finally offered me temporary replacement aid to use while my were sent away to be serviced. Truly made me feel that Boots Hearing value and care their clients.

She was kind, welcoming, and very informative throughout the appointment, with a smile on her face the whole time. I felt completely at ease and well looked after.
