GREAT RESULTS!!!!

As a woman in my 20's I was very self conscious about my hair. After putting my hair in numerous styles that damaged it, the hair on my temples and sides refused to grow. I was restricted to they type of styles I could have and it was starting to wear on me. After making this life changing decision, I now have hair in the places that were bare. I am so happy that I went to Bosley!

No need to go any place else.. I had a previous procedure through someone else . Bosley is a much better experience .

Experience was great, Dr.Peters and staff did a great job I felt comfortable through it all; and the Advisor/Counselor Ali Afsharpour in Rochester NY did a great job as well even after the procedure answering questions via emails, thank you everyone for your services ! look forward to seeing everyone in November 2016

The doctor and staff were so amazing. Love how the call to check up on me to see how I'm doing. And if any time I need any questions answered they're sure their to help me out. Definitely going back to get more work done.

A simple procedure made easier by the office staff an Dr Phipps. Would highly recommend to anyone considering hair restoration!

Overall I had a great experience. The staff was very professional and made me feel at ease and helped calm my nerves. Any questions I had during the procedure were quickly addressed.

Quick & Easy. The entire process is painless, didn't feel a thing. Went in for 2800. Staff was quick and courteous, doctor had a great personality. Even the lunch they served me was good. Post recovery the pain is pretty slim. Don't go out in public for a good 2 weeks unless you have a hat or people give you some WEIRD looks. Don't expect any sleep until the stitches come out. They give you 3 sleeping pills, but its not nearly enough. My rep was a very nice guy as well, I had a death in the family and had to move my procedure date around as well.

This is treatment #2 more pain with this one but if it gives me the results the firsts one did it will be worth it

The staff were so professional and friendly. I actually felt like I was at a spa during my procedure. Painless and easy. The day was over before I could complete watching my movie. I would highly recommend Bosley to anyone searching for a solution to their hair loss. Go speak with Josh at the Beverly Hills office.

overall the expierence with everything up to and during the procedure
was very good,it was after that has me feeling frustrated.went in for my check up to see how everything was and the office was closed..THEY FORGOT THEY SCHEDULED MY FOLLOW UP.after 45 minutes i was finally able to track down my salesman who after 30 minutes directed me to another location to have my stitches removed...although she was very nice,her telling me this was only her second time doing this...i was also wanting to make sure everything was good with the grafts but she had NO IDEA because she didnt work for bosely..after i had stitches removed i reached out to my salesman AGAIN and he indicated the office manager would contact me monday for me to come in and have my follow up,which of course they FORGOT ME AGAIN and by wednesday when i hadnt recieved a call i called them only to be told they were BOOKED UP and coludnt see me till the following wednesday.keep in mind i had taken the day off for my 1st visit to have stitches removed and now another half day off...in the literature they provide they talk about how important the follow up visit is but dont seem to feel the same after they have your money...only time will tell on the full expierence of this procedure.

The whole Bosley experience from the Dr and staff was great, would highly recommend anyone interested in hair replacement procedure to go with Bosley, had mine done at the Chicago location

You won't regret it!

the quality of their work is great. But they call you every month wanting you to get more hair moved it's too much and I have asked them not to call but they continue to today.

I felt welcome, and I felt rather special. It's kind of like how they treat you when you buy a new car. VIP for a day. Lots of smiles, lots of gracious attention. Beyond that, medically, everything was just as it should be--serious, in its own way, with knowledgeable but friendly people aware of the procedure's risks and possible complications. There was also a real sense of institutional memory and experience with this area of medicine.

Anyway, in my case, there were no complicating issues, and there was always somebody to address my concerns over the phone, as well as online. I took advantage of these and got through the early days after the procedure well enough. It's real surgery; your body knows it has been through something, and you need to do as they instruct you. I did, and everything was fine. Take some days off after the big day. Soon, a whole new you arrives in your mirror.
