I was given a discount code but there was no where to put this on the order, was told to pay then discount would be applied, it never happened, phoned and told this was not an option, so I had been lied to. Will not use this company again.

Gift wrapping service failure.
Items arrived on time for valentine's day and fit was true to size. However, I paid for the gift wrapping service but on opening the outer carton the gift box and wrapping were absent. Contacted customer service and it took multiple messages to explain to them the problem and ended up with a refund for the gift wrapping a few days later but was unable to acquire my own gift box etc in time to package it myself.

Placed an order on the 16th February & I still haven’t received it a week later! Delivery states 3-5 working days & when I checked my order it’s still being processed. I haven’t received an email to say it’s been dispatched or it’s out for delivery

Made an appointment in store for a fitting! It was honestly amazing!! The lady brought everything she thought I would like into the dressing room for me to try on. I felt so confident and comfortable! From this I bought 2 sets in store and then bought another 2 sets online! Such a great experience and excellent customer service in store! Would highly recommended for any ladies wanting a fitting and especially those who need a little confidence boost!

I had a fantastic bra fitting today at the Hull St Stephen’s store. Ellie made me feel very comfortable and found me the type of bras I absolutely love. My confidence was knocked a little with bra fittings as last time I went to a store (not Boux Avenue) for a fitting, I was advised to wear bras which I didn’t like at all and I felt were quite ugly and old fashioned. I do have a larger cup size but I believe I should still be able to get pretty bras so thought I would try again elsewhere. I’m so glad I did! The three bras I bought today are beautiful and fit really well. Thank you
