I returned an online order

I returned an online order. They sent me an email telling me they received the return and I’d get my refund. This was the 2nd Feb and I am still waiting on my refund. I contacted the customer service who told me they had no record of my return even though I sent them on the proof of postage and the email they sent me saying they received the return!!! So I don’t know how that’s possible.
I will not be ordering from here again and I will definitely not recommend here to anyone else.

The delivery was quick and the product…

The delivery was quick and the product is very good, the only complaint I have is the web site and what you are ordering is misleading ( incorrect advertising) so you don’t end up with what you thought you ordered.

Order not received at all till 18th Feb

Ordered on 8th Feb and until the 17th evening haven’t received it at the Rymans Wimbledon. They said it’s still in transit.

We've always loved boux avenue since…

We've always loved boux avenue since the first time we used them and this was no different. Only changed to a 4 star as either sizing is wrong or over the last year my partners size has reduced.

My order was cancelled without my knowledge

My order was cancelled and I wasn’t even notified about it, had to investigate myself and after multiple attempts to get into contact, was told my order was cancelled due to insufficient stock.

Great choice of small back sizes

Ordered some bras for my teenager, great choice of smaller back sizes (28/30) with cup size DD+ , cannot get these sizes anywhere else.
Lovely material good quality.
Quick delivery and easy returns as i ordered multiple sizes to get the perfect fit.

First time buying from Boux

This was my first time buying from Boux. My friend recommended you ! It was easy to use the site and my new pyjamas were delivered quickly. The pyjamas are the perfect length - I'm tall !! They look great, feel silky on the outside but soft on the inside. Absolutely gorgeous 😍

Terrible pjs

The quality of the pyjamas are absolutely terrible, I have only worn my pjs for one night and the thread from the seam has started to come of, also the thread form the fabric has come of. Poor quality clothes!

Bluewater Store

I went to the Bluewater store yesterday (14/02/2026), where I needed some help with finding a new bra and needed a fitting. I had such amazing and lovely help from Freya, who was so kind and lovely. She helped fit and try on a variety of styles for what I was looking for. Would highly recommend the store and Freya.

Where are my knickers.

Having ordered 2 sets of underware for valentines day gifts, i was horrified to find only the Bras in the gift box and no knickers. When my wife opened the box. I've now had to re buy the knickers again to get them for the complete set.
Really poor of the staff on special orders before dispatch, there clearly is no quality control in this company. The cost.
£86 and now the additional £38 i should not have to pay.
Wont use this company for online order again and use other companies instead.

The item I ordered was to big

The item I ordered was to big, all I wanted to do was exchange for a small a size. Same bra etc but because I used klarna can’t do a simple exchange in store. Lot more hassle than it’s worth. Won’t be ordering again
