Great service, they found the frames that I wanted, the last one in stock somewhere. The lenses are half price of what I would pay here in Holland and great quality. And Mark was very helpful, easy to communicate with and fantastic help with the customs process.
I'll be back!

Replied to my messages straight away and the frames, (which were in limited supply elsewhere as they have probably been discontinued by the original manufacturer) were in stock here. Sent quickly in the post and arrived the next day. Thank you.

Fantastic opticians, I bought a pair online in December that were unbeatable in price. My daughter liked them so much I ordered her some. Mark the owner is lovely and the customer service was amazing, staff are very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again in the future. We’re both very happy with our new designer frames!

Bowden Opticians had a frame that I had seen online but my local optician didn't stock. I ordered two variations from Bowden, but unfortunately, they didn't suit my face and I had to return them. Bowden Opticians couldn't of been more helpful, they were fantastic with communication and refunded me quickly and with no fuss. Very good company.

A few months ago, I ordered a pair of glasses with the prescription given to me with an eye test from Specsavers, when I received the glasses and couldn’t see, I explained to That I thought the prescription was wrong, but not on his end. I went for a retest and got the right prescription and Mark changed the lenses for me, free of charge.
I was able to get them redelivered within three working days, so that I could catch them for my flight, as I stressed how important this was to me.
I also wanted to change the colour of my frames and Mark let me know he could do this for me, without an issue.
Spectacular customer service, unlike anything I have experienced before.
In future, I plan to order all my glasses from him spectacular service, I am ever grateful.

This is a big heads up to all snooker and pool players countrywide because I cannot praise Bowdens enough. The only problem for me like another customer’s review, was that I had already purchased my distance and readers from a High Street store. However, I was recommended to Mark at Bowdens for a pair of glasses as I play the American disciplines of pool every week and when the edges of the balls are blurred then it becomes tough! Within the week I had chosen the frames I wanted {and Mark has quite a range to choose from} and delivered without a hitch. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark who I found to be very friendly, courteous, polite yet still maintained his professionalism throughout the transaction which was superb. He doesn’t know this yet but I have a condition that requires me to wear prescription sunglasses for driving so I will be giving him that to do next week and next year Bowdens can have all my business. I’m only sorry I did not find them sooner and would I recommend the service to others? In a heartbeat, that is a most definitely a huge yes from me. Thank you so much for everything Mark. 5* and 10/10
