Fabulous products, easy to use service and I love that all the packaging is reused

I am retired and the promotion price enabled me to buy and I’m very pleased with the products and I like that I can easily get refills and no plastic waste brilliant

The site is easy to navigate and all clear, never had a problem. Easy to return the used pouches. No wastage.

I love the range of products, ease of ordering and the face that the punches are recycled.

I’m making my own Pure Magic with citric acid & using Bower containers. The glass bottles are a lot nicer than the plastic I must say.
I probably won’t refill the shampoo as I prefer the UpCircle.
Generally good natural products, well packaged & presented.

Bathroom starter pack: products work fine, but the lavender milk scent doesn’t smell at all of lavender. In fact it smells bizarrely like the big brand products I’ve been using until now, with quite a strong, chemical smell. While I’m happy to be using products with no nasties in the ingredients list, the scent was quite a big selling point for me.
The room spray scent is beautiful however.

I bought an amazing gift set. It looked desirable with cloth and tea towel included in the box. It is a peach scented cleaner and cleans really beautifully with ease leaving a peach perfume which smells clean and doesn’t give off a chemical scent or artificial one.
I am very pleased with its use and ease in beautiful bottles with a rubber stand so that the bottle won’t slip and break. I-can buy refills too which is pleasing and hope the glass bottles won’t break. It is surely a luxury item in cleaning. Initially it costs but the bottles can be kept and refills bought.

Great package. Got the James and the Giant Peach set. Everything is lovely. Counter spray smells incredible. Just love all of it. Highly recommend.

I love Bower Collective products. Everything I’ve bought works very well. I think they have the most effective limescale remover on the market, that doesn’t feel toxic when I’m cleaning.

The shower gel and handwash scent is very subtle. I think I’d like something with a stronger scent, but it doesn’t irritate my skin so it’s still on my regular order list.

The service is easy to use. Subscriptions are easy to manage and they notify customers well in advance of delivery to give us time to make any changes.

Recently bought the sponges, so a convert to those too.

Love the envelop return service. All in all, I’ve been a customer for over a year and I’m very happy with their products and service. 11 out of ten 😎🤗

Absolutely amazing products, removed limescale from the shower like a dream

The bathroom cleaner has a very irritating smell and I cancelled my ongoing orders and returned to my original Purdy & Figg, whose scents are beautiful.
I was disappointed with Bower Collective, as they have nice spray bottles but just could not tolerate the smell of the product.
