Product arrived, but still have not used! But I'm sure it'll be great

Recently discovered this brand online. They have blown my mind with their products. I live in an area where eco usage is not just a desire but a need. Bower Collective, I am so happy that I’ve found your products. They smell beautiful! And my desire to maintain the cleanliness of my home is not diminished because they are good for you. My favourite is James and giant peach range. Brilliant product! Cannot rave about it enough!

I order both personal and household cleaning products from Bower. All work well and I appreciate the low impact environmental strategy of the company. Service is great.

This review was very easy to write as every Bower product I’ve purchased and used has been spectacular 👍 The cleaning power and amazing fragrance all from natural ingredients makes Bower products the best money can buy. If you’re reading this and still not convinced, give them ago, you’ll be amazed!

Excellent products and customer service

The delivery process has been getting worse and worse for my last few orders and I am quite frustrated; the delivery messages are conflicting, delivery took eight days this time. Please drop Evri and return to Amazon. And the day the delivery arrived I got an email from Bower ‘are you running out, do you need to re-order?’ That does not make me happy. But I still like the products so may try again

I appeared to use a lot of produce that my starter pack won’t last 2 months so I need ti reorder sooner, is this normal

Products are absolutely lovely, clean well and smell amazing. Only 2 issues I have found so far are to do with bottles - one of my hand wash bottles the ‘hand wash” label rubbed off pretty much straight away and there is no designated floor cleaner glass bottle yet. Delivery service is really good with reminders in case any changes are required.

A problem with delivery was noticed by the Bower team before I noticed and a replacement was speedily sent to me.

Products which work well, easy delivery, and a user-friendly website.

Lovely products and great customer service. Reoccurring reorder process is a bit clunky but it doesn’t put me off.
The product is worth it

Dreadful Company to deal with. I placed an order on the 12th of June and still nothing has arrived. Contacted customer services who were very slow in responding and they advised it had been delivered of which it had not. I replied to them to advise nothing had been received, waiting another week for a reply and nothing so I sent a Facebook message which again took a few days for a response. Emailed senior management and no reply from them either. A shambles of a company that should be avoided.

Not only is the product effective in keeping the loo clean, but it smells nice and I love that I can send the recyclable refill containers back to you!

Just a fantastic company. One stop shop for every house hold cleaning products, natural and recyclable.

I ordered the toilet cleaner and it's excellent. I like the Bower Collecive's products and ethics and intend to order more in the future.

Bower's green credentials are superb, their return for reuse pacjkaging is exemplary and their customer service is very supportive.
