This is the third occasion I have purchased PC equipment from BPC Tech. I was very impressed with James who was more than helpful with my purchases and attended to a problem I had with skill and patience.

great speed and service but i dont like how i had to pay subtotal then shipping price 1 day later

Love this business, have bought from them a few times now, PC and now wide screen monitor, amazing service always keeping you updated on the purchase. Can not recommend these guys enough!

I paid for 'in stock' parts on 29 April and received an email from them advising me that the parts were on order from their supplier. This was very deceitful and made me annoyed as I had also paid for express delivery. I have dealt with other great companies in the past and only dealt with this mob as they were the only ones that had the part I required 'in stock'.

My items were packaged considerately & generously with plenty of tight bubble wrap to ensure the PSU inside wasn't damaged. The invoice was attached to the parcel but I prefer BPC to send me PDF invoices for future purchases! Arrived a week after my purchase, which could have been quicker as it was urgent for me. All in all, satisfactory. Cheers BPC!

I ordered a 4080 super from BPC right before the 50 series was released at $1700.

I received no follow up regarding dispatch, and had to call in. The first call I was assured that it would be dispatched soon. After a few more days I called again, only to be told that there was no more stock available. I was then offered the chance to buy another 4080 super that was $150 more expensive, and not the type I wanted.

I opted to take a refund, which took over 2 weeks to reach my account.

Within those 2 weeks, since the 40 series was discontinued, the price for a 4080 super reached over $2000 dollars. I was not able to buy another when the prices were increasing, as my funds were still being held by this company.

I asked to be put on the expression of interest list for the 5070Ti instead, as I believed it could be a cheaper way of getting similar performance. I was assured that no 5070Ti would be sold until I had been contacted.

As it was released, I received no contact, and had to call only to be told that nothing had been received. Eventually, I receive a call, offering to sell me a Gigabyte 5070Ti for $1900. A card lesser in performance to a 4080 super, for $200 more than the original one I bought from BPC. I was also told this was the last in stock, letting me know BPC had sold the cheaper cards before contacting me.

I had to continuously contact this company about my order, they refused any discounts for my experience and refused compensation.

DO NOT ORDER!

Save yourself the trouble and go with a bigger company like Scorptec or Centrecom, you'll save yourself a massive headache like myself.

Product was Very cheap and also arrived within provided timeframes.

The product said in stock but took a whole month to get shipped. If its a choice pay the extra few dollars and go with scorptec or centercom

Bad pc build, had my fans the wrong way which led to very high temperatures, on top of that pc would often blue screen and games crash often.

Fast shipping/turnaround and hassle free transaction overall.
